Year Purchased: 1995
I have been in the Desert since 1985 only a year after moving to California from Western Canada. I own two construction businesses and and a Commercial building locally. I live close by with my two dogs and sometimes two cats when my girlfriend is here from Los Angeles. I love to travel and spend at least a month in Canada every Summer. I am very active with the local ice rink and in addition to playing I have coached for many years. I have been known to help out financially to the facility and some of it's less fortunate participants due to my similar experiences growing up and my love for the game. I also love to golf but I am much better at hockey.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I lived in this home for 14 years before making it a vacation rental. The things I like most are the private back yard and the short distance to a fantastic park that has nearly everything you can imagine. I also love swimming at night with the lights off watching the stars.

3 couples came for some golf and the BNP Tennis Tournament. This home was awesome. Lot's of room to spread out and not run over each other. The pool area was very comfortable and we were able to eat outside and have a nice Bar-b-q. Kitchen had plenty of room to have 3 women move around and prepare the meals. The beds were very comfortable and all 3 couples had such a good time. This was such a great find. We for sure will look to rent this home again. This home was in a great location for our activities, easy acess to all our events. The home owner was very nice and near by if needed. The home was better then what the pictures show. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.
