We really loved staying at this vacation home. It was beyond what I expected. All the main rooms were open and roomy with panoramic view of rolling hills and the mountain. We loved riding the beautiful and well-behaved horses, the go-carts, maypole, and zip lines. Our kids loved searching for the arrow heads. Everything was furnished in the house. I think we could have lasted a week without buying any food because there were dry food left in the pantry. The owner of the house was very kind and hospitable. Even though he was very busy, he took a day to take us all us a park with a beautiful horse trail and a lake. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and felt sad when we had to leave. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness.

Family of 8 Colorado Dream Trip

This trip was made perfect by the owner who came out and took our kids on a trail ride. What can I say? Pike's peak to the west and rolling hills forever to the east. Picturesque from every window. Abundant recreation: Horses, fabulous zip line, rock climbing wall, 4 wheeler, slingshots, trampoline, maypole. Need I say more? If you have kids and want to relax while they have the time of their lives or just want to kick back and unwind in gorgeous Colorado this place has it all. Home is very nicely decorated and equipped. The home is about 25 miles from Colorado Springs but very easy to travel in and out as I did for business a few days. Thank you!!!

I was looking for a house with plenty of space for teenagers and senior citizens who needed naps in the afternoon. This house was more than I expected. The main rooms were open and very roomy. Loved the large dining room table...great for poker at night. The zip lines were fun for all us...even my parents wished they could have tried them out. My neices and nephews were able to spend a few days with us...visiting from Denver and no one felt they walking on top of someone else. It was nice to have a bed for each person...eight of us plus 4 visiting a couple of days. Entertainment and hiking were close by....plus King Soopers and Wal-Mart were right off I25. Recommend for all ages and large groups. The owners were very pleasant and in my opinion, went out of their way to make us comfortable and at home in their house.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Out family stayed here for the week of our son's graduation from the USAFA. It was perfect for our family. It was close to the Springs and Denver when we wanted to go in town, but far enough away to be completey relaxing and to enjoy the scenary. The house and yard are spacious. Our kids had a ball on the zip lines, rock walls and riding the horses. The owner checked in on us and was very helpful and made us feel welcome. This is a great place for a family vacation!

The property was a listed. Everything was furnished except our food. The towels and cookware were exceptional. There were also condiments we did not have to buy. We had a wondervul view of Pike's Peak from our bedroom window!! The childred really enjoyed the zip line and the trampoline, and the adluts enjoyed watching them. We also enjoyed the drive into Colorado Springs or into Denver. There was so much to do in the area, we spent most of our time in Denver and the area around Colorado Springs, and did not find time to ride the beautiful horses. We would recommend Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and Royal Gorge. We definately need to come back to see all the many things we did not have time for this summer.

Our group consisted of 2 families with children ranging from 3 to 14- everyone had a great time. Bright, sunny house with plenty of room for everyone. Look forward to anther visit.
