What a wonderful place! Knowing that Lahaina is just down the road and knowing the wide disparities in price between this place and others in the area, I didn't know what to expect, but I was happily surprised. The place is really pretty with nice bamboo floors, a way-too-big-for-vacation television, and a full kitchen including an outside patio with grill that we took full advantage of. It really is a 5 minute walk from a gorgeous beach and a very beautiful running path. We had 6 adults split into the 3 rooms, and while none of the other rooms could hold a candle to the master bedroom, we all slept very well and very comfortable. The garage was full of beach stuff (including towels, noodles, chairs and umbrellas) too -- an unexpected surprise. That said, if I get the opportunity to visit Maui again, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family returned in January 2012 to stay at this rental again. Our first stay in August 2010 was so amazing at this property that we insisted to stay again. Every detail has been considered and taken care of. We needed a high chair, baby gate, and toddler play toys. Of course they were stored in the garage for visitors just like us, Wow we were really impressed with that. This unit even has child safety lock on the main cabinets. NEW KITCHEN. Completely remodeled, wine cooler. Granite, ect. This property and this unit continue to lead the race for "most memorable" vacatio the rental is in great shape, well decorated in a classy Hawaiian style. It's also got the little things you don't think about. This is the greatest place to stay in Maui. Perfect location, super quiete, nice neighbors, amazing beach (Napili Bay), and the best and cheapest happy hour pou-pou's across the street at Sea House. Thanks for making us feel like family.

Choosing accommodation on Maui is tough when you are choosing on line. There seemed to be very few three bedroom places and we were unsure which beaches we wanted to be near.Napili beach was recommended to us by friends and Napili Gardens looked like its location was great with good facilities for a family to have an affordable holiday on Maui. As it turned out the location is fantastic. It is an easy two minutes walk from Napili beach and an 8 minute walk from Kapalua beach. We preferred Kapalua beach because the snorkelling was fantastic there but Napili was an incredible place to watch the sunset and let the waves breaking close to shore push you around. The apartment was appointed to a high standard (huge TV, stone bench top, wi fi inside and a nice range of books) well kept and well stocked. The rear deck and BBQ were great and the garage was full of towels and beach gear which came in handy. We would definitely recommend the place. There were no surprises and Jeff couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent property close to all that west Maui has to offer, and very nicely furnished. Great amenities inside the condo as well as a garage filled with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, noodles, coolers, and a new washer & dryer! We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space and comfort for all. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the lanai as we planned another day in paradise. The owners, Jeff and Lisa, thought of everything to make this the perfect place to stay!

We are a family of 4, with two young kids aged 5 and 7 years old. We were looking for a little extra square footage and more household amenities than the resorts offer. We were so happy with our stay at Hale Kalani! The unit was huge (!) and air conditioned upon arrival. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was gorgeous and functional, as was the outdoor space. The garage had a beautiful, brand new, washer & dryer as well as a HUGE VARIETY of outdoor/beach toys, folding lounge chairs, beach towels, etc... there was even a high chair and baby-like items. We were also so happy with the ocean view from the gorgeous master bedroom and the easy accessibility of the beach. It was also a nice treat to discover a couple of great nearby (quick walking distance) restaurants and a general store. Napili beach is STUNNING and just a short walk away. The sunsets were incredible! The unit's bathrooms were also stocked with a hair dryer and more than enough plush towels and paper goods. The people staying in the neighboring units were all lovely too and we were never bothered by loud noises of any kind. Shops, resorts, and grocery store are all a quick drive away. All in all, our family had a GREAT time and would definitely book here again!!

Amazing vacation!

All we can say is wow. The moment we pulled up to this condo, we were impressed from the start. Its location is perfect; whether for the beach, for great eats, a cocktail on the beach, a round of golf, or just a nice walk up the street to the Ritz. Location was important for us, and this truly was the place to be. Inside the condo, you couldn't ask for more. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home when it comes to high-end appliances and all the kitchen supplies you needed. The place was extremely clean well laid out for our party of 5. When you open the garage, that's where the fun begins. There is nothing you need for your vacation. It's stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. The owner has made it a point that it is not necessary to go out and rent anything. It's already there and it was extremely convenient. As for the customer service? Phenomenal! Ask Jeff where to eat? He'll tell ya without hesitation. An activity he recommends? He'll tell you and you won't be disappointed. He insists that you have a great time and you will and he'll make certain of it. I highly recommend this location for your next vacation stay. We will definitely be back.

Our daughter chose Napili Bay for her wedding location; specifically the bluff overlooking the ocean at the Napili Kai Resort. The hunt was on for ideal accommodation for our family of 5, two parents and three adult children. After much research and many choices, we chose this condo. The location was excellent..we were able to walk to the venue, also enjoy the beach on a daily basis. In fact, in 13 days, we did not go to any other beaches...Napili Bay had it all for us! Jeff assured us that we would have a wonderful time in his condo and he was right. It was exactly what we needed to entertain guests who had travelled to Maui for the wedding. The barbeque was very handy and the kitchen well furnished. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved all the beach equipment...the boogie boards got a good work out! The Napili Bay area has a "community" feel to it not unlike a little village. The coastal walk along the ocean was a daily event and the views were terrific. Not only did we see turtles but also a pod of spinning dolphins. Napili Market was the closest store of note for shopping for groceries...check out Maui Tacos .... great take-out for lunch. We had a fun time at "Head to Toe" across the street on the morning of the wedding where the bride went for a mani/pedi. We also rented equipment at Snorkel Bob's. The Napili General Store is there for basic necessities you may be missing. All said, we had a very relaxing time and our children all commented how much they appreciated staying in a large condo with all the amenities. Jeff was available to us if we had any issues but that was unnecessary as all was good!

End of Summer Vacation - 11 nights for Family of 6. Very comfortable dining, sleeping, and relaxing. Really impressed that boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels provided for use. Great Napili Home Away From Home

I have always thought that Napili was the prettiest and most family friendly beach on Maui, so when I decided to take my wife and five daughters to Hawaii, I was eager to find accommodations there that could handle our family and offer access to this gem. When I read the reviews on this site, I suspected that this would be the place for us. While not on the beach per se, it is adjacent to the Napili Kai Beach club resort and a short walk through the complex takes you there. Jeff has equipped the condo with beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, (and a nice washer and dryer as well), mats, a snorkel and mask, and lots of beach toys for the little ones. The showers at the beach get the first layer of sand off you and a convenient hose outside can get the second layer before your shower. We took fulll advantage of the kitchen and stocked up at the Costco in Kahului with groceries, and supplemented during our 9 day stay there at the Safeway in Lahaina, the very nice Honolua store in Kapalua, tropical fruit stands, and various banana bread and coconut candy stands thoughout our travels on the island. The well equipped kitchen, stainless grill on the lanai, were well planned and not a single need was unmet. Dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, and supplemental housekeeping supplies were all provided. The pictures give you a good idea of the very nice appearance of the home and the good condition of the facilities. The wifi and nice televisions were all top notch, the beds very comfortable, and the condominium complex quiet. Jeff is a great host, and checked on us by text during our stay several times. Although I was familiar with Maui and didn't avail myself of his offers for assistance, he can act as a concierge and help you with suggestions about where to eat, what to do, etc. The condo has a nice current collection of Maui guides for activities and dining that I found very helpful to supplement my knowledge base. Our recreation centered around the lovely beach, sunning, body surfing, swimming, and snorkeling. We did do some adventuring, driving around the north side of West Maui (yikes! beautiful but not for the faint of heart), the road to Hana (bush league compared to the West Maui loop), Haleakala, and an upcountry horseback ride. The fairly far north location of Napili means that you have an extra 20-30 minutes if you go to East Maui, but I wouldn't trade locations with anybody, Napili is so nice. Aloha!

A Month in Maui

We were blessed enough to be able to spend a month this summer in Maui. (I highly recommend it). We were looking for a place that our 3 teenage girls had good access to lots of activities and felt like home rather than a resort. We found it here!! You can already read about the all the great things Jeff has stocked in the place in the other reviews (btw... when my kids were younger, I wish I had found a place with this much baby stuff available for use). I want to hit on some highlights that I hadn't seen mentioned. The bus stop is basically right outside the complex. For $2 you can buy an all day pass and take it to the local grocery store, or into Kaanapali and Lahaina (further too if needed). I'm not one to normally allow my girls on a public bus, but they are very clean and safe. This was invaluable as my husband and I could be off doing another activity and the girls had mobility. Also, the condo is within walking distance to many more beaches than it appears from the pictures. Once you pass Kapalua beach, you can go to the Cliff House (great cliff jumping), Oneloa Beach (very deserted and quiet), and then Fleming Beach (the local hangout usually with decent waves). The variety was great. All in all I can say that we couldn't have picked a better place to stay (I drove by a couple of our other options and confirmed that we had chosen wisely). Thank you Jeff for your quick responses to our questions and for the high level of attention you have put into your Napili rental. I've already started to save for a return trip.

We had a wonderful Maui family vacation in June 2011. We searched long and hard to find a place with three bedrooms that met our location criteria – and this was it. The condo is in immaculate condition. The bamboo floors are beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked, and the granite countertops give it a clean, up-to-date look and feel. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath are first class. We were pleasantly surprised to open the garage door and find beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, noodles, coolers, and a new washer & dryer! The Napili location is tops. The area has a neighborhood feel instead of a high-rise, time-share, megaplex atmosphere. The beach was right across the street, the coastal trail is around the corner, and several top snorkeling bays are minutes away. We took many morning walks and hikes but always ended up on the beach for an afternoon swim and snorkel. Mahalo, Jeff and Lisa. We’ll be back! S & K, San Jose, CA

Wonderful week on Maui

This was our 3rd trip to the Islands in 5 years and we have stayed in large resort hotels. This property was recommended by a friend and my husband and I were not dissapointed. If you are looking for a clean, relaxing, peaceful, vacation spot in a great location, this is the one. The beach is a short 2 minute walk, where we both snorkled and enjoyed relaxing in the sun. There are great resturants within walking distance and many others just a short drive away. There are grocery stores within minutes as well as fun shops in Lahaina just a short drive south. The kitchen is as beautiful as seen in the pictures and fully equipped. The lanai is relaxing and we enjoyed Bar-b-quing one night. The master bedroom is spacious and the king size bed is wonderful. The other two bedrooms are also nicely done. The decor is tasteful tropical. The garage is clean, organized and full of beach gear. No need to bring towels, coolers or boogies boards, it's all here. The new washer and dryer came in handy. The owner was available to answer any questions and was very helpful and personable. We own vacation property on the mainland and we appreciate every detail that was put into this property. It is truly home away from home. The only thing missing was our grandchildren who we hope to bring next time. We truly enjoyed our one week stay here at Napili Bay and highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Accommodation in Maui

If you're looking for a sign that will tell you this is the right place to rent, consider this review to be it! My husband and I stayed for two weeks bringing three seniors and two small kids. It is the perfect distance to a great beach and if you want variety in close proximity there's another one down the road. We had a small problem with the combo coffee maker/grinder and it was replaced that evening. It is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous with granite countertops, great sink and all the things you need to cook whatever you wish. The bathrooms could use a little work but it's not as though one spends a lot of time in there anyway. The amazingly organized and clean garage has all the beach toys and other accoutrements that anyone might possibly need. Napili Gardens has several townhomes and by our estimation, this is the unit you want to rent. Aloha!

Spring break in Napili

my wife and my daughter who is attending college and two of her friends were looking for a place that combined location and large enough to accomadate all of us. We found it all here! First class condo. I knew little about the Napili area because I usually stay in the South Maui but wanted to try something new. This was perfect. Plenty of beach stuff to use on location-towels, chairs,boogie boards-all in new condition. Only draw back-no pool on grounds but not a problem for us. Make sure you go to Kapalua and walk the coast trail-great oceans views. We had a wonderful dinner at Merrimans which is a short walk from the condo. We will stay here again

My husband and I stayed at this spectacular property the week of March 21, 2011. It was our very first vacation away from our 3 young children. Prior to booking a reservation, I was indecisive as to whether we would be happiest at one of the big resort hotels or a more secluded, private townhouse on Napili Bay such as this property. I am so HAPPY that we went this route. I will start off by saying that I am extremely picky and sometimes hard to please. What is a 4 or 5 rating to most, is a 2 or 3 star rating to me. This property not only met my expectations...but far exceeded them! The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. Decor is simple, tasteful, up-to-date and clean. We enjoyed several evenings on the lanai--BBQing or just relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying the peacefulness and warm ocean breeze. Master bed is beyond comfortable. We loved waking up and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows to see the sunshine and hear the birds sing! A few early mornings we enjoyed tropical rain showers under the patio umbrella on the lanai. The garage is loaded with beach toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, ice chests, sand chairs, baby equipment and a brand-new front loading washer/dryer. The beach at Napili Bay is amazing. It's a short 2 minute walk across the street. We snorkeled every day and were up close and personal with huge colorful fish and sea turtles. There isn't a pool located on this property but for us, that wasn't important. We can use our pool at home--we were in Maui to enjoy the crystal blue ocean! One day we took the short drive to Kaanapali Beach. It definitely has a different vibe and everything is very, very crowded---the restaurants, the beach, the resort swimming pools, the sidewalks.....fun night life, great shopping and some delicious restaurants but it was definitely a huge relief to come back "home" to this condo and our white sandy beach in Kapalua! Lahaina is also a short drive away--retail shops, Starbucks and a grocery store (where we purchased most of our fresh food). By far, Kapalua is the MOST beautiful, lush and peaceful place to be! The owner was always available via phone or text if we had questions or wanted recommendations. The next time around, planning our Hawaiian vacation will be easy--we will look no further than this jewel of a property! Memories were made to last a lifetime...and tears were shed when it was time to leave the island. Mahalo!

Great time at Napili Bay!

We had a fabulous time staying in this lovely and comfortable townhome at Napili Bay. We were 4 adults and 3 children (9,6 and 2) and had plenty of room. It was extremely well-equipped; we particularly appreciated all the beach gear (towels, mats, chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach bags). The photos on VRBO are accurate and the condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. The beach at Napili was very close - a 4 minute, very pleasant walk (and that's at a toddler's pace!). We loved the beach because it had so much to offer: great snorkelling (wonderful variety of fish and sea turtles), shade (in the morning), nice breezes, fun surf, lots of other families, nice restaurants (on the beach and nearby), whale watching (in season) and beautiful sunsets. We spent most of our time there, but also explored nearby Kapalua beach (a walk away) and Kaanapali beach (a short drive away). My brother thoroughly enjoyed the golfing at Kapalua. Nothing is too far in Maui and we felt we had time to do a fair amount of exploring without having to drive great distances (Haleakala, Lahaina, Molokini crater - we did also go to a beach in Kihei one morning, but much preferred Napili!), Jeff was very welcoming and made sure to check in with us to make sure we were having a good time and that everything was in order in the house - no worries there! The Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed at this property in the month of March for a short time. It wasn't available for our entire stay on Maui, but we wanted to try it and we loved every day we did spend there. Unfortunately, It made the following accommodation pale in comparison. The owners Jeff and Lisa thought of everything to make us feel comfortable. From the moment we drove up and opened the garage door...I knew this was going to be the perfect spot for my family. The organization or the garage housed all our outdoor needs, from beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys to spotless laundry facilities. The townhouse presents exactly as the photos, very clean, updated and nicely furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and the linens/towels as well. The lanai (or deck as call it back home) was such a lovely spot to have breakfast and one night we grilled some fresh fish on the BBQ. The location of the townhouse is perfect. Literally across the road from Napili Bay Beach, which is truly one of the most picturesque beaches on Maui, you will be well located to do a spectacular day trip around the upper west end of the island to the incredible Olivine Pools and beyond. Lahaina is only a short drive south. Make sure you visit the Seahouse Restaurant between 2 and 5 p.m for Pupu's (tapas) at great prices. The Kula Port Tacos and Coconut Shrimp are great. We have been to Maui two years in a row and there is still so much we want to see and do. When we book again, I know where we'll be staying !

Napili Gem

Our family of 5 recently returned from Maui and had a wonderful time staying at Jeff and Lisa's condo. It is ideally located a short 2 minute walk from the beautiful beach! There, we were treated to many wonderful days of swimming, boogie-boarding, whale watching (and sea turtles too!), snorkelling and just plain relaxing. The beach wasn't very crowded for a resort area and is surrounded with gorgeous properties and views. The condo itself is extremely well-equipped and feels "just like home". The renovations they have done are lovely including the work on the back patio. We didn't eat a single meal inside as the back is so inviting! We ran out of propane one night and Jeff had a new tank for us the very next morning. Thanks Jeff!! It is very nice having all the bedrooms upstairs as one person can retire early if they like and it doesn't affect the evening for the rest. The floor to ceiling windows are fabulous letting in so much Hawaiian light but never too hot or sunny. There were lots of towels for both inside and at the beach so no need to take any with you! There were also several guides and books on Maui so we had lots of suggestions of what to see and do. This area is beautiful and well-located as far as proximity to other attractions. Maui is fairly small and quite easy to get around. We highly recommend treating yourself to some time at this property. You will be sure to enjoy!

We stayed at this beautiful propert Feb 9th - 16th. The location is fantastic, very close to several beaches with amazing snorkling and perfect for relaxing. Property was clean, and had all amenities we could possibly need. Perfect lanai for grilling and enjoying the evening with friends. It was very convenient to have all the beach necessities in the garage, including a cooler. We also took the path that runs along the shore for several miles and had amazing views. Whale watching is a must if you are there in Feb. The ocean was filled with whales breaching, fin slapping and tail slapping. We enjoyed our time here immensely, and look forward to returning to this enchanted place someday soon. Thanks Jeff!

Terrific family vacation

Our family had never been to Maui before and after just screw days of returning home we can't wait for the opportunity to return. Everything about this property made our vacation a great experience. The owners were very helpful with everything from booking to arrival and even checked in with us via phone during our stay. Maui is a beautiful place to holiday and Napili Bay might just be the best spot on the island. It's close enough to major centers for shopping and typical tourist activities but just far enough away from those places to enjoy the peace and quiet of a slower paced relaxed break. The condo it's self had every amenity our family could have hoped for. We enjoyed many hours enjoying the warm evenings on the furnished patio & grilling terrific diners on the huge BBQ. The garage is fully stocked with coolers / boogie boards / chairs and towels so every need for days at the beautiful beach is taken care of. Inside the condo we enjoyed the wireless Internet which allowed us the opportunity to check in back home as well as to help us plan out some of our excursions around the island. The kitchen has recently been redone and includes everything needed for "home cooked" family meals. The three bedrooms upstairs were perfect in size (especially if you win the coin toss and get the master bedroom). The master bedroom is large & comfortable has a great king sized bed that was quite easy to fall asleep in it also has has a terrific master bath within the room. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed which was also very comfortable and plenty of closet space allowing you to unpack and live as you would at home. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds which is perfect for a couple of children or alright for a solo adult. I would suggest this property to anybody looking for a no hassle peace of mind vacation. Our family was very comfortable here and will be returning when possible. There are plenty of ways to occupy time within a 10 minute walk and within a 15 minute drive there are countles activities to fill your time. Our favorite was the 5 minute strol to the beach to soak up the sun / snorkel with sea turtles and play in the waves.

My family and I stayed in this perfect townhome/condo for just under 2 weeks from late December to the middle of Janurary. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Perfectly kept home with all the essentials. A backyard patio with chairs and barbeque and a dining area that seats 6 easily. The beach is a 100 yard walk across the street and the back entrance to Kapalua is around the corner. The pool at the Ritz is a 5 minute drive and they are more than welcoming. Its a short drive to Lahaina and about 45 minutes from Maui's main airport. I would highly recomend this property and its owner Jeff was more than accomodating throughout our stay. We just finished a 10-day stay over Christmas and couldn't have been happier. This very-comfortable condo is located across from the beach in a prime Napili Bay location with nice beaches, restaurants, golf courses, so if you're just looking to relax you'd never have to leave the area. Swim or snorkel all day, then grill in the backyard! If you do want to get out, you're just minutes from Lahaina or any other West Maui spot (check out the Nakalele Point blowholes!) The owners have remembered all of the little touches that make your stay easy - boogie boards and beach towels waiting in the garage, laundry facilities, DVD player, wireless internet - and it's all easy to find and use. I've stayed in other condos where the dishes and kitchen accessories are totally bare-bones, but it's clear that they're actually expecting you to do some living here. You won't be disappointed with this one unless you're actually looking for a waitstaff to pamper you - that's across the street at twice the price. If you're looking for a nice place to live while you enjoy all the island has to offer; this is it. Plenty of room (there were 6 of us staying here), ample parking, and an attentive owner who will check in with you to make sure you're having fun. This will be my first call next time I plan a trip to Maui!

I stayed in Jeff's lovely townhouse with my husband, 1.5 year-old son and my husband's parents during the first week in December. It was a blissful vacation in a breathtaking spot, but the townhouse really made the stay for us. First of all, it was immaculately clean and well-stocked - the high-chair and porta-crib were set up for us upon arrival, and it was so nice to not have to lug those things with us on a long flight. Jeff even had a little Christmas tree with lights set up for us to enjoy in the evenings. The shaded lanai was wonderful - we had many meals out there enjoying the warm breeze. The garage below had a washer/dryer (a must-have when traveling with a toddler!), not to mention boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, floats, and my son's favorite - a basket of beach toys and balls. The beach access was directly across the street from the townhouse, and it was great to have it so close - both Napili and Kapalua bays are stunning. I would highly recommend this rental, and all of the details mentioned above made it an especially nice place to stay with our little one.

This was our family's third trip to Mauil; the third stay at Napili Gardens. We enjoyed all our homes away from home, however must say this owner exceeded our expectations. The townhouse was everything we expected; the owner's attention to detail in making guests comfortable was exemplary. The home was very well stocked with all required provisions plus all the extras for enjoying the beach. The welcome chocolates were a very nice touch as well. If this place is available, rent it! This place is as described - no Photoshop'ed pictures here! It is walking distance from the beach - as well as from a small general store and some yummy restaurants. Jeff, the owner, was extremely accommodating for our family. When we arrived, he had both cribs set up, a hi-chair set up in the dining area... and a baby gate out to block the stairs. He was also available by phone for dining suggestions, etc. Napili is a great, quiet beach. If you want some excitement, it is only a short drive to Kaanipali or Lahaina. Our only complaint: beware of the leather chair in the living room (you can see it in the picture of the living room.) If you sit in it, you _will_ fall asleep - it is that comfy! So if you don't want to sleep the afternoon away.... don't sit in it. *grin*. Thanks Jeff for providing us with a wonderful place to stay on our vacation.

Ladies and gentlemen! Do not think twice! A superb, squeaky clean and functional condo as close to the beach as it is possible. My family of 5 adults rented this condo for a week. Very convenient location, very helpful and ingeniously nice owner, fully equipped kitchen, two car garage, plenty of towels, a nearby shop for some errands, close to the major highway. The condo itself is precisely what you expect and beyond – in a simple language, superb. My family and I have vacationed on Maui six times in the past 10 years. We always stay Labor Day weekend. This location gave us the best vacation experience we've had on Maui. Napili Bay was amazing for the entire family. One bay over was the best turtle snorkeling ever (just South of the Gazeebo). This town home was beautiful inside and out. It's decorated with class and style but still safe and functional for all ages. The back deck (Lanai) was amazing. The layout and location of this town house gave our family great memories. Sunset at Napili Bay, BBQ on the deck, beautiful floor to ceiling windows. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a wonderful experience in Maui.

I'm big on pictures and was hopeful but skeptical that it would live up to it. Well it sure did. It was beautiful! The amazing glass windows made us all jaw dropped from the living room to the master bedroom. The patio was great with lights surrounding it that was well kept. The house was very clean and had all the things we could possibly need like layout mats, towels, a cooler, kitchen supplies etc. The boys loved the big tv although in Hawaii they couldn't stay away from the sports channel. We also jogged in the neighborhood and that was great. It's a very nice area with a great cove beach. It was our favorite beach to hang at and we went to several! Everything is near by like a general store to all sorts of great restaurants. A must try if you like sushi is Sansei. The website is very accurate and I would and my friends would all love to stay at napili gardens again. If you don't have a car there's also a shuttle across the way too. By the way I chose napili because of my last stay. I fell in love with that part of Maui and I know you will too. You can travel to the touristy spots but if your already in it, it's harder to get away. So you won't regret staying there for 6 people it was perfect! Don't miss out! ; )

We have visited Maui several times and always include time at Napili Bay. In the past, we've stayed at one of the oceanfront resorts. This time, we opted for Napili Gardens and we're glad we did. It was a peaceful retreat from the hubbub of the oceanfront. In contrast to the oceanfront venues, Napili Gardens: 1) does not have the constant late night and early morning comings-and-goings of other visitors, 2) has up-to-date appearances and amenities, and 3) offers air conditioning. If you are looking for peace and comfort and a worry-free vacation spot, this is the place. We'll be back.

What more can I say than, I did not want to leave! The location is awesome nestled between Napili and Kapalua bays, quiet and more spacious than a hotel, great restaurants all within walking distance (ex.breakfast-dinner at Sea House Grill over looking the Bay in 4 minutes and fine Dining at Pineapple Grill in 10 minutes). The property was very clean and had all the amenities of a home which made life ultra comfortable while on vacation. Jeff was great with all the info and to do's across the Island everyday. This property is great for family or groups for the spaciousness but my wife and I enjoyed it so much as a couple too. My wife, daughter, son in law, and grandson spent a truly wonderful week at this townhouse. I cannot say enough about what a charming and hospitable time we had over our week stay. Our interaction with the owner could not have been better . He was helpful in assisting us during our stay. The house is perfect for a family. We appreciated having the ful kitchen as well as a great barbecue. The house has everything you could ask when it comes to going to the beach, including sand toys for our infant grandson. It's always hard to tell what a rental property is *really* like from an online profile, which is why I find reviews so helpful. Well, let me tell you that this place is quite the find! First of all, it's the perfect Maui location across the street from Napili beach (the only beach we even went to the whole week since it is so great!) And though it's hard to tell from the map, it couldn't be any closer to walk to unless you paid twice the price and stayed directly on the beach. The house is quiet, private, very clean, tastefully appointed, and perfect for our extended family that included my 2.5 year old. They have a great BBQ on the private deck out back which made for nice relaxing family dinners, listening for the geckos. Our favorite nearby restaurant was the Sea House across the street (better than the Gazebo, in our opinion) We were also close enough to Lahaina to take a boat ride, go shopping, and ride the Sugar Cane Train (great activities for the toddler set!) if we were at all motivated to get away from the beach. The adults also enjoyed heading north for golf & spa activities in Kapalua. With all that said, I have to say that my favorite part of the property, by far, was the garage! The owners have supplied the house with any beach gear you could ever possibly want! No need to bring beach towels, grass mats, floaties, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, or even the beach bags to lug all those delightful treasures down to the beach! For a mom who likes to be prepared, the owners were more than thoughtful when they stocked this place! We will definitely be back! Thanks Jeff & Lisa!

We rented this home from 6/28 - 7/5/2010 and it was the perfect fit for our family. The location was excellent, walk across the street to the Napili Bay beach! We literally arrived, put our suitcases away and walked across the street to Snorkle Bobs - got our equipment and walked right down to the beach the first day. It was awesome. The unit itself is extra clean and stocked just as if you were at home. The beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella and beach coolers were so handy. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating and given our situation (the condo we originally rented from someone else had been flooded - we were told 3 days before our flight), really bailed us out. I would definitely recommend renting here!! Mahalo!

Highly recommended! We recently had a "working vacation" on Maui and had the pleasure of staying here. This home was very comfortable to stay in and accommodated the five of us easily. Everything we needed was right there including the wonderful grill out back that we put to good use every night! We didn't check out any of the local restaurants (because we were grilling all of that wonderful local seafood every night), but we spent a good deal of time at the beach. Napili Bay is only a 2 minute walk away. The snorkeling there was fantastic. We saw many beautiful fish, turtles and even a couple of eels! We will definitely come back and stay here. I can't remember ever seeing that many rainbows anywhere. I'm already missing my new "home away from home"!

My wife and I had honeymooned on south Maui 15 years ago. We stayed in one of the mega hotels and enjoyed all that Wailea had to offer. Two boys, and a long forgotten promise brought us back to the West side of this island paradise. Golf on Maui is pricey, we thought we could save some cash by staying away from the big brands and off of the waters edge. That led us to Jeff's place. This condo was WAY beyond our expectations. Ultra modern, tasteful decor, perfect location and the best private advisor I have ever seen at the front desk of any resort. Yes, you Jeff. Needless to say the golf was amazing, yet the condo stole the show. Our family felt so at ease, so connected and so perfectly suited for our 10 night stay. Other than golf, the hiking and beaches and snorkeling were extraordinary. We took most of our meals in due to my wife's dietary restrictions. The kitchen rivaled ours at home for all of our culinary needs. We have already started to work on our return date in 2012. Take it from a "road warrior"- this IS the place.

Jeff and Lisa your townhome in Napili is beautiful! Our family of 5 was more than comfortable. The place was clean and modern with beautiful stainless appliances, huge BBQ and great outdoor area. Just a short walk across the street is a magnificent sandy beach. We went snorkeling at Turtle Bay, which is just a 10 minute walk down the road, and saw tons of huge turtles. This place is awesome! My husband & I stayed with my sister & brother-in-law & their 2 teenagers. It's like our home "away from home". Jeff was so gracious - checking in to see how we are doing, if we need anything. Napili Bay has been voted one of the 10 best snorkeling spots in all of Hawaii - just across the street! We truly enjoyed our stay! This condo was great. Six adults (3 couples) had plently of room to stay, besides having to push the twins bed together and getting a dining chair for additional seating infront of the tv for movie time. We really enjoyed eating breakfast, lunch and dinner out on the lush patio, where me made a couple of neighbor friends. One, a duck we named Barry and the second a rooster who seemed to be confused when to do his thing. Unfortunately, he woke us up a few times, but we were in Maui so it was no big deal. Despite these few things we loved everything about the condo. It was very nice and clean with great refigerator space and a BBQ. It was full of everything we needed to go to the beach. We had backpack beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. The condo is in a great location too! Walking distance to the Seahouse Restaurant and many beaches. It was a quick drive to Lahaina and super easy to find. It is a great place to stay and the owner was awesome to work with!!!! We can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything!

Aloha from the Sydora family. We truly enjoyed this rental property and its location. The home is modern, clean and well constructed with beautiful floors, comfortable beds, spacious living room and its situated in a very quiet community. Our family loved this little home away from home and highly recommend it to all. The beach is a five minute walk at most and a general store across the street is definitely convenient. I never met Jeff or Lisa, the owners, but Jeff was usually just a phone call away with answers to most of my questions. We saw several whales from the beach, a giant sea turtle visited us and the snorkeling was great. This would definitely be a place worth staying in again! We'll always remember the Old Lahaina Luau, horseback riding at Mendez Ranch and dining at Humuhumu. Try the Spiny Lobster-delicious! My observations for improvement: an instruction guide to work the DVD/TV system, a few more kitchen utensils and spices. Mahalo Jeff & Lisa. You have a true island treasure.
