Beach luxury redefined in this spectacular Oceanfront/Ocean view condominium in Ponte Vedra beach on Ponte Vedra Blvd. Our spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) oceanfront condominium was recently re-decorated, and features fabulous views of the ocean from all main living areas.
Walking into the foyer and looking out affords an incredible ocean view. Dining room features seating for 6-8 people, and living room set for relaxing or watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen television. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the oceanfront porch.
There is a wonderful heated and air conditioned porch with comfortable seating and a dining area for al fresco meals! It has floor to ceiling windows that can be fully opened to feel the wonderful ocean breeze. The unit, which is located on the second floor, affords complete privacy.
The master, which overlooks the beach, has a TV and king size bed with private bath. The other bedroom features twin beds and a separate bath. There is a pullout couch in the living room that can sleep two more guests.
The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and separate laundry with washer and dryer allow you to just relax. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing as well as parking in front of the building entrance.
The Condo is in a lovely complex on a quiet stretch of beach with only 4 units, located just 2 miles south of the world class, 5-Diamond Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and about 20 minutes from historical St. Augustine. The small complex often has bunnies adding a perfect touch to a relaxing vacation.
