  We have come to 30 A for years and Rosemary for a while now and tried this house for the first time this year. The owners were very nice to work with and the outdoor spaces are just beautiful. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture. We joked that all we really needed was the back area because it was hard to go inside. The house backs to 98 but you can't tell because there are 3 beautiful waterfalls splashing down into the pool and the area is very quiet. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was fun to cook in. Very easy to all be together but a great sense of space. It is a quick, beautiful walk to the shops of Rosemary. The only problem was it was hard to leave!!!

  My family and I rented the house for a little spring break fun. The house was adorable and everyone had adequate space for a little private time if wanted. The house has a "chef" like kitchen and if you love to cook as I do you will truly enjoy the space. However we found ourselves borrowing beaters from a neighbor, there was only one small casserole dish for baking, one measuring cup that was cracked and many of the pots and pans did not have lids to match. The 2 queen guest rooms do not have their own TV's so my daughter and her husband found themselves in one of the bunkbeds for some evening channel surfing. The outdoor area was wonderful and enjoyed the evening hours around the pool and grilling. It is a charcoal grill. Also our contract stated that once the final pmt was made we would receive information on how to access the house upon arrival. You will actually receive the code the day of arrival. I find that acceptable if stated in the contract. There is always a sense of nervousness when spending a large amount of money sight unseen. Overall the vacation was a success and we had a wonderful time.

  We were planning a last minute trip and discovered this gem in Rosemary Beach. The home is exactly as pictured and does not disappoint. The outdoor seating and pool area were private and comfortable. We spent many quiet mornings and relaxing evenings out there. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. Typically, when traveling, we eat dinner out. This home was our first exception to that rule. After returning from our outdoor activities, the place was so comfortable, we often preferred to cook and remain "at home". The location is removed from the "high activity" areas of the resort, allowing privacy and peaceful evenings. However, it is an easy walk to the beach, tennis courts, and town center. Just as important as the home, are the owners. They were professional and quick to respond to any question we had regarding their home and our stay. We had a wonderful week and plan on returning.

  The house was accurately described and a perfect fit for our extended family to enjoy between Christmas and New Years. Large enough that all eleven of us (5 children) never felt cramped. Outdoor space is amazing with fire pit by the pool. I would highly recommend this property.

  This is a must stay! Amminities galore, comfortable beds, and a convinient pool in the back yard. We were as comfortable as we would be in our own home. The owners were very accomadating and helpful as we booked a last minute trip. This is a five star VRBO

  Perfect! That sums up our vacation at Rosemary Beach this summer. The beach house was the icing on the cake for a fabulous week at Rosemary. The house had everything that one could dream of for a vacation home. Plenty of room for the adults and kids with all extra touches for a week away with no worries. We were in the lap of luxury. Owners were very accommodating. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

  Our experience was MUCH different than the previous reviewer. House was an ICE BOX with thermostats (for all 3 AC's) set at 72. There was one room that was warm of an evening, but after I adjusted the vents, slept under the blanket every night. Window treatments are a matter of taste, we loved EVERYTHING about the decor. The pool furniture was as nice as any Ritz Carlton or Four Season resort, and the pool was SPOTLESS with not even a floating leaf or bug in it. Kitchen is AMAZING (ice maker and the "built-in Starbucks" where utilized frequently. 4 Plasma's, 3 Bose surround sound systems, bunk beds with private TV's, barely turned on but appreciated when used. We loved it so much, the family wants to consider it OUR Rosemary Beach house whenever we head down this way (which is several times a year!)

  Upon arrival on July 31st we noticed the outside looked very unkept. Weeds were everywhere, umbrella was broken (should have been two like photo) thrown in bushes and pool area was filled with debris. Entering the house we noticed it seemed hot. Understatement....it was 88 degrees and no ceiling fans to help. Air conditioner was broke - needed a compressor. (We rented for seven days and the air did not work for 5 of those days) Window coverings were obsolete - a few temporary paper shades on the french doors but nothing on bedroom windows therefore waking up at dawn was easy! Promised bikes were broken but if WE took them to be repaired the owner would pay.....how considerate! Oh, the pool was lovely but had black mold, the pool service had to shock it therefore we couldn't use it for several hours on one of our seven days of vacation....the pool chairs were unacceptable being that they were so low to the ground that only the children could actually sit in them and a lot of the wooden slats were busted...........I coud list a few more things but I think I made my point! One more thing, the washer & dryer was too small.... more like an apartment size - in this size house that accommodates 12 people to sleep it should have atleast regular size washer/dryers.

  This has been the best vacation for our family. The home is gorgeous with plenty of room...very nice pool with built-in waterfalls...extra large courtyard, bikes for all of us...super vacation! The photos on the web site are great but, in person, you are still awestruck when you step inside the home. Thanks for making our vacation the best ever!!!
