The family room has a large flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony. There are two comfortable couches, chair and coffee table. One couch converts to a full-size bed. The family room throw-rug beautifully complements the condo's seaside retreat decor.
The dining room table comfortably seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The family room sliding glass doors offer a gorgeous view of the ocean while you eat.
The FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops--everything you'll need for family meals. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry/pantry closet with stackable washer and dryer and shelf space for storage.
The first master bedroom has a KING size bed, large dresser, night stand, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and LARGE PRIVATE BATHROOM. Bathroom has double sinks, garden tub, and separate walk-in shower. A sliding glass door leads to the balcony.
The second master bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, large dresser, two night stands, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a LARGE PRIVATE BATHROOM. Bathroom has one sink with large vanity, garden tub, and separate walk-in shower. A windowed door leads to the balcony.
The bunk room has twin size bunk beds and a kid-friendly storage cube. A bunk room folding door adds privacy. Next to the bunk room is a half bathroom.
Each rental stay includes an amenity package, with discounts to local attractions and restaurants. Each stay also includes daily concierge beach chair and umbrella set-up at your pristine, white sand beach! Seasonal only. Plus complimentary internet, WiFi, and local & long distant calls (within the U.S.) are free.

Why the Owner Chose Waterscape
We've visited many places and beaches from Hawaii to the Bahamas, and by far, Fort Walton Beach is one of our favorites. The Waterscape Resort is an amazing fun-packed family vacation spot. We also fell in love with the peaceful and quiet view of the Gulf from the balcony, and in the courtyard, tons of water fun for all of us!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
For adults, there are plenty of local bars with live music just a short walk along the beach. The Gulfarium has always been one of our favorite aquariums. There are plenty of great, reasonably-priced golf courses nearby. There are unique shops within walking distance and boutiques and outlet malls within a short drive. The area basks in over 300 days of sunshine per year. The Waterscape Resort also has seasonal kids activities in the summer.

We are a family who loves to travel, and we especially love the beach! Our oldest daughter once said about Fort Walton Beach, "Daddy, my favorite toy is the beach!" We currently live in the Southwest where we love the mountain views and dry climate, but vacation regularly in sunny Florida.

My family stayed at this property recently and we had a wonderful time! Our children (1, 2, & 3 years old) loved the pools, water slide and beach and we loved the view from the balcony and inside the unit. The owner was very easy to work with and all of our expectations were met. This was our first trip to this area and we will definitely plan to go back. We would highly recommend this unit... it is very clean and well-appointed and did we mention the fabulous beach views? ;-)

Beautiful weather, great condo and great activities to do here. Enjoyed the great views from the balcony where I drank my coffee every morning. Loved our time together and the ocean. We will be back next year.

We loved this condo so much we booked it again for next year before our vacation was over! The showers were the biggest I have ever seen! It was very comfortable and SO convenient to the beach and pool. It was also walking distance to our favorite restaurants and stores. We lucked up finding this condo!

I just returned from Waterscape and my family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is absolutely beautiful. There is nothing better than waking up and opening the patio doors to hear and see the ocean right outside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the pool area is awesome. Our children range in age from 15-2 years old and they did not want to leave the pool area. I highly recommend this unit; there cannot be another one any better in all of the resort. The kitchen was upscale – marble countertops, high end fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and clothes washer - dryer. All of the rooms had nice furniture and flat screen TV’s. The elevators are right by the room in the hall and access to the pool area was just a short walk away. There is also a convenience store across the street, souvenir shops across the street, and restaurants all within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit and property. You will not be disappointed.

We went to the pool, played in the lazy river, built sand castles & played in the ocean. We saw crabs, shells and little fish swimming at our feet.Quality time with family...priceless! We loved Waterscape & your condo! Already planning our next trip! Can't wait!

Louisiana- Walked on the pier & watched dolphins & stingrays! Ate @ The Old Dewy Destin (fantastic food). McGuires's has great beer & burgers. The kids loved all the pools. We can't wait to reserve your condo for next year.

Louisiana- Went to the Gulfarium, swam in the pools and floated in the lazy river. We played on the beach and spent quality family time together. We discovered that sand clams now how to bury themselves. Great view of the beach. We will definitely be back.

Guests from Wisconsin-Thanks for the games in the closet,the book were great.Love having a washer and dryer to bring home clean clothes. Moments that mattered the most was the daily walk to the pier for ice cream.....kids discovered that right away.
