We have included several games & movies for your enjoyment. Our condo also offers Purified Water, Air-Conditioning, Laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, sink, iron & full sized ironing board. ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants,
24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Also, with the frequent power surges in Puerto Penasco, some units experience temorary problems with the A/C, thus the resort will be able to move you to another suite if this happens or if any other problem occurs in the suite that requires you to move.
Also, all units that are managed by Las Palomas have to meet strict furnishings guidelines in order to rent their suites out.

We stayed at this condo this weekend and enjoyed the communication with the owners for the arraignments to rent. Even at short notice. The gate guard was waiting for us and the front desk check in was a breeze. The parking garage kept the sun off my truck and was an elevator ride to our door. The condo was stocked with everything but food and beer. Air conditioning and double pane windows kept it quiet and cool indoors. Filtered water sink-side, so we did not have to worry about drinking the 'lo
