This home is like new and has three bedrooms including the "Bear and Moose" bunk room with two bunks (4 beds) and a TV which the kids appreciated. Large screen TV/DVD/VCR in the main living area, and a nice selection of DVD's in the cabinet for kids and adults. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, bowls, cooking dishes, flatware, Margarita machine, and BBQ grill tools. Rocking chairs and a swing on the front porch. There were many extras for the kids like old-fashioned games and a nintendo game console. The house is as pictured and well kept. The back screened-in porch overlooks a forested area and has four Adirondack type chairs and a picnic table, and gas grill on the back entryway. The entire propery is quiet and the stars were shining bright away from the city lights. The property is safe with gated access. Please note that the swimming pool was closed the day after Labor Day. Only two miles from the main road alongside the Mississippi side of the Lake just south of the dam. Go north a mile for two great restaurants. Boat parking available also - just contact the guard-house. Will be back next spring!
