This is the perfect place for the entire family. Located in upscale North Clearwater Beach, this 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhome comes with everything your family needs for a fabulous vacation. It is just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and 1 minute walk to the large community swimming pool (open March 1 to October) with water slide and park area with playground equipment, Bocce ball courts and a large play area for soccer, softball, football or many other activities.
The unit includes HDTV in 4 rooms and high speed wireless internet. A private elevator provides easy access to all levels for everyone. You get beautiful views from the 3 balconies and spectacular views from the private rooftop terrace. This unit is fully equipped for fun with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys and even bicycles.

The fifth floor of this 5-story unit is the rooftop terrace with views of the sunsets over the Beach and the night lights of the Bay Area from your private, outdoor living rooftop with Hot Tub, Gas Grill, sun chairs, lounges and dining table.
The fourth floor is the Master suite with a King bed and HDTV. This floor also includes a small bedroom with a single futon bed for a little one you might want to keep close. The Master bath includes a large jetted tub and separate large shower and double sinks.
The third floor has two bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill bath with a tub shower. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and an HDTV. The second bedroom on this floor has 2 Queen Beds and includes an HDTV.
The second floor has the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room is equiped with a DVD player and HDTV and a small stereo with a CD player. There are two Futons that drop to make full size beds. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans and numerous other items for your convenience.
The first floor is the garage and storage area for all the fun stuff available for the beach and play.

Clearwater Beach has always been a family favorite so our choice was clear when we decided to purchase a vacation rental. The perfect vacation getaway

This summer will be our 5th summer at 605 and my family loves it. The house is beautiful, spacious and immaculately cleaned. It is like being at your very own spa. And you have never seen anything until you stand on the rooftop or sit in the hot tub and watch the sun set. It never gets old. My husband wakes up every moring, sits up and looks out the master bedroom french doors and announces "its another beautiful beach day". We love the close location of places to eat and the beach. It is so convenient to the beach that you can walk back to the house from the beach and pack a picnic lunch and go back to the beach in minutes. For a change we occasionally go to the swiming pool a block away and most of the time we have it almost to ourselves. What a treat. Go to the Palm Pavillion or Frenchy's and eat dinner. Breakfast is across the street. Ice Cream and CVS is a walk down the street. It is like staying at your own personal spa. After working all year, my family stays here and we recharge our batteries. It's a great place for a restful vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
