Fully equipped for fun with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys. And even bicycles to tour the island. World renowned Clearwater Beach is just steps away, as are the Clearwater Beach Aquatic & Recreation Complex. Pool , tennis, basketball courts and playground are all only a 1 minute walk away! 1st Level- Double car garage, bikes to tour the island, beach toys, chairs, etc.
2nd Level- Kitchen, Dining Room Table, Living Room, Large Flat Screen TV, 2 Leather Couches , 1/2 Bath.
3rd Level- Queen Sized Bed in 1 bedroom & 2 full sized beds in bedroom 2. A double entry full sized bathroom is accessible from either bedroom. The laundry room is on this level.
4th Level- Private Master suite with king sized bed. Balcony over looking Gulf of Mexico. Bathroom includes jetted garden tub & walk in shower.
5th Level- Roof top terrace with hot tub, gas grill & breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Don't forget about the wide open views of the inter-coastal waterways from the other end of the terrace. Plus 2 patio sets!

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
George & I love getting up in the morning and sharing a cup of tea on the rooftop terrace. We have a splendid view of the Gulf of Mexico & Clearwater Harbor from the 5th level of our townhome. After our cup of tea we usually go for a brisk walk along the quiet North end of the beach to look for shells.

Clearwater Beach has always been a family favorite so our choice was clear when we decided to purchase a vacation rental. We absolutely love being on the North end of the beach because we are within walking distance to everything!
