This home was our home away from home for 17nts while in La Paz. It is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation...including beach towels & chairs! We enjoyed the view of the city at night as well as the incredible sunsets every evening! The walk down or up the hill was a bit of a challenge (mainly due to the cobblestone road) but once we started parking at the playground lot at the foot of the hill...walking to all the great restaurants and bars were no problem! If you like to dance make sure you check out the "disco" at the foot of the hill (only open Fri & Sat nts) We didn't have to call on Louis (caretaker) during our stay but knowing he was available (and fluent in English!) was a huge plus! He was there to greet us upon are arrival...after a very long travel day from the East Coast that was awesome! This home will not disappoint even the pickiest of travelers! Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This modern and spacious home was everything the website promised and more. The house was positioned perfectly, high on one of the most desirable locations in the city with panoramic views, ocean breezes, and sunsets to die for. One of our favorite parts about this house was the fact that the kitchen, living/dining area were all in a shared space that flowed right out onto a multi-level outdoor pool/patio area with miles and miles of glass doors that opened to create one HUGE space for enjoying the beautiful sunny weather...it was like looking at something right out of Architectural Digest, except we got to live in it and experience it for 2 weeks. The home was clean, elegant and immaculately maintained. All of the tiny details were thought out and in place for you upon your arrival, right down to the laundry detergent. The property manager met us upon our arrival and was extremely professional. He spoke fluent English, and was able to recommend the best local restaurants and arrange the simplest to the most complex excursions on our behalf if we desired. The property owner, whom we dealt with directly to reserve this home, was incredibly cordial and helpful, but exerted no pressure or sales pitch when it came down to our final decision of which home to rent for your vacation. This home can serve as a romantic getaway for 2, but has the space and additional rooms to accomodate a family gathering without compromising on privacy. Definitely a paradise that we will return to again and again.

As everyone has already stated, the house is fabulous, and I would highly recommend this property. The views are breathtaking. Both the owner and the property manager were extremely nice and helpful -- the property manager was waiting for us when we arrived and answered all of our questions. We stayed in La Paz for 7 nights and the location of the property is outstanding for exploring the city and the surrounding area. The house is in the NE part of town which makes it very accessible to both the city and the beautiful beaches along the Pichilingue Peninsula north of town. It is a half mile walk or drive down a cobblestone road to reach the waterfront from the house. I would recommend that you rent a car as it's a pretty steep hike up the road to the house and it would get old if you had to walk it mulitple times per day.... If you choose to drive there is a large parking lot right at the bottom of the hill which is a great place to park if you want to take a walk on the Malecon. The entire Malecon is a little over 3 miles long and it took us about 20 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the center of town. There are plenty of markets, restaurants, and taco stands within a couple miles of the house. If you go the other direction along the Malecon, it is a one mile walk to a nice local beach called Coromuel. It's also an easy drive up the road to the other great beaches along the Pichilingue Peninsula - Playa Caimancito, Balandra, Tecolate, etc...Balandra, in particular, is a world class beach and especially great for kids.

I sadly write this comment from the living room of this stunning home, with the most delicious views one can imagine. I am sorry I cannot enjoy one more sunset here. The house is amazing, stylish and comfortable, and the owners are very accomodating. Highly recommended property.

I enjoyed an incredibly relaxing week in this home. The home is very comfortable and the views are world class. Downtown La Paz is minutes away and yet you feel like you are nestled away in your own private retreat. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

The owners comments about this home in no way do it justice. The views are stunning day and night, the interior is a reflection of descrete elegance and comfort. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends.
