Hi. I’m Tim Miller. If you are seeking an upper end vacation rental in Cancun, then you have come to the right place. My niche is up-scale larger condos that are right on the ocean in Cancun Mexico. This penthouse is unit #371. The resort is Hotetur Beach Paradise located on the quiet Southern end of the famed Cancun Hotel Zone. The resort is comprised of 3 towers, each are 10 stories high.
What makes the views from this tower so impressive, is that it was constructed so close to the water. So when you look straight out East, it’s like being on a ship! And when you look down the coast, your vantage point is unencumbered by other structures because this building is closest to the ocean.
The living room, dining room, and two of the upstairs bedrooms looking East to the Caribbean feature floor to ceiling glass. Even the East terrace rails are glass allowing for exception views of the Caribbean and its glorious colors.
The resort is situated on a narrow strip of land with the Caribbean on one side and the bay on the other. So the view looking back the other direction from this corner unit is also quite impressive.
The resort pool is elevated. What this means to you is while relaxing poolside, your view of the Caribbean and looking up the coastline is greatly enhanced. This is further enhanced by the proximity of the pool to the water of the Caribbean. The private resort beach is just beautiful and often times you will find a game of beach volleyball going on.
The resort also features:

· The master has a private bath and shower
· The 2nd bath is full for bedrooms 2 and 3

Hi, I’m Tim Miller.
My brother and I first purchased our condo in Cancun in 2004. (not the unit you see here) We were excited. It needed improvement and we did the best we could on a limited budget. At the time, financing wasn’t an option for existing condos, so it was a major stretch. Shortly after completing the work, Cancun suffered it’s worst hurricane ever, hurricane Wilma in 2005. Everything inside the condo was destroyed.
We stretched even further and borrowed against everything we had to put everything back together again. Hurricane insurance is so expensive that in the long run you are better off putting the money you would pay for the premium into a savings account. However, in this case it was the short run so boy did we learn. We put our “nose to the grindstone” and we ended up making what we consider outstanding improvements to the condo. Why the Owner Chose Hotetur Beach Paradise
The greatest positive that came out of this whole project was it introduced us to one of the finest person's I'm sure I will ever know. His name is Mike (Miguel). Mike helped with the construction from beginning to end. He ultimately became one of my managers in Cancun and will always be, as long as he desires. What a gem of a man. I get emails praising Mike about his service all the time. His family has been in the fishing business for many generations. Now they take tourists fishing or snorkeling. And rest assured, when you stay with us, you get the Royal treatment plus better pricing than any tour company by far if you decide to go out with Mike on the boat for a day. His boat seats up to 14 and it's an experience I highly recommend.
In the end, after the hurricane and the massive renovation, we were able to create a truly “standout” luxurious condo for guests to enjoy. Over time, other owners requested I market and manage their units also. Often times I would have to decline as our niche is spacious, nicer units. I'm confident you will agree.
