"Beach Breeze" should be your home away from home. Located in Emerald Shores between Destin and Sand Destin puts you close to all activities such as restaurants, shopping, dining and recreation such as golf, boating and fishing. The home is has a full kitchen, DVD players and color TV's in all bedrooms and is a great setting for a vacation.
The home also has large porches and a balcony for your outside enjoyment as well as a gas BBQ grill. There is no lugging your luggage and groceries thru corridors and up elevators at "Beach Breeze". The home is also equipped with high speed internet.
Emerald Shores is a gated Caribbean Style resort that has two pools, tennis courts, and its own private Beach Pavilion which is a five minute walk or a quick shuttle ride from the house. You can also walk to "Kenny D's or Captain Dave's" restaurant within a few minutes. Beach set ups (chairs and umbrella) are also available at the beach for your convenience.
The main pool is a 50 yds away, second pool and tennis court is 200 yds away, the beach and the restaurants are within 400 yards.

Why the Owner Chose Miramar Beach
I bought what is now "Beach Breeze" back in 1999. I had always wanted a future retirement home in the Destin area and just loved Emerald Shores and of course the whole Destin/Sandestin area. The home at the time I bought it was named Cozemel. We updated it, changed some paint colors and renamed it "Beach Breeze".

You will love "Beach Breeze" for several reasons. Its proximity to everything you will want to do in the area, the development of Emerald Shores itself, the beaches and of course the home itself. The home is very well equipped with the things you will need for cooking, entertainment (TV's, games and internet), and the home is well furnished with good furniture and is very tastefully decorated.
Your "Home Away from Home" while visiting Destin. You will want to come back year after year.
Great casual resturant, reasonablly priced and a 3 minute walk from the house
Probably the most famous resturant in all of Destin. Great seafood and a great view. About a 3 1/2 minute walk from the house.
