Sunshine Cove on Lakeside's beautiful Tenmile Lake is a spacious, Non-Smoking residence on one of Oregon's premier bass-fishing lakes. Ten Mile Lake is a full-recreational lake for jets skis, sailing, skiing, and swimming. The house offers a large kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, two bedrooms, and two baths with showers. The deck and lawn areas provide room for tents.
The property features ample parking for vehicles and trailers (no Class A's) , a huge deck for lounging and hot-tubbing, as well as a dock for fishing, swimming, and tieing up a boat or jet skies. Although Sunshine Cove is secluded from neighbors, a public boat launch is less than a mile away. Fishing and party boats are available about a mile away at the Lakeside Marina. A leisurely cruise around the lake and its eight arms takes around six hours. You can beachcomb or dune buggy on the fabulous Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, which stretches along the coast for 40 miles. Dune access is 3 miles away.

I brought a hospice patient here for his vacation (his last). Although the view was beautiful, we had problems right from the start with the toilets backing up. The sewer had problems so we had company with all the men fixing it for about a week. We were not offered any compensation. They acted like it was no big deal. The smell was horrible. It was very inconvient for a vacation. Would never go back. The beds are uncomfortable. The town was great though as well as the lake.

Owner response: There have been many updates to the home since 2008. There are on site maintence staff to address any issues a renter may have now. The interior of the house has been freshly painted and many upgrades have taken place over the last few years. Our vacation rental is very large and very quiet. It sits on a large private lot with a huge private driveway and very comfortable accomidations. The home is fully furnished with enough beds to sleep 6-8 people, and two extra couches for other guests. For a perfect relaxing weekend, there is a hot tub that is heated and clean, and large hammock to enjoy the view from on the deck that overlooks the lake. Currently the salmon and trout are running so it is a great time for fishing or even boating on the beautiful lake. Come join us for a fun and relaxing weekend!
