Sunshine Cove on Lakeside's beautiful Tenmile Lake is a spacious, Non-Smoking residence on one of Oregon's premier bass-fishing lakes. Ten Mile Lake is a full-recreational lake for jets skis, sailing, skiing, and swimming. The house offers a large kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, two bedrooms, and two baths with showers. The deck and lawn areas provide room for tents.
The property features ample parking for vehicles and trailers (no Class A's) , a huge deck for lounging and hot-tubbing, as well as a dock for fishing, swimming, and tieing up a boat or jet skies. Although Sunshine Cove is secluded from neighbors, a public boat launch is less than a mile away. Fishing and party boats are available about a mile away at the Lakeside Marina. A leisurely cruise around the lake and its eight arms takes around six hours. You can beachcomb or dune buggy on the fabulous Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, which stretches along the coast for 40 miles. Dune access is 3 miles away.

4 night minimum, 1 week on Some Holidays.

$150 Refundable Cleaning and Damage Deposit.

50% down with reservation. Remainder due two weeks before arrival.
No refunds within 60 days of start date unless we secure replacement renter.
