This penthouse is unit #3730 The resort is Hotetur Beach Paradise located on the quiet Southern end of the famed Cancun Hotel Zone. The resort is comprised of 3 towers, each are 10 stories high.
What makes the views from this tower so impressive, is that it was constructed so close to the water. So when you look North East you see the beautiful Caribbean and down the coastline. Yet, looking back West the other way you have the wonderful bay called The Lagoon de Amor.
From the terrace, Kitchen, dining room and master bedroom, you have a great view of both the Caribbean and The Lagoon de amor. From the living room you have primarily the Lagoon de Amor. From the 2nd bedroom it’s the The Lagoon de Amor & from the other 2 bedrooms you have the Caribbean and the coastline.
The resort is situated on a narrow strip of land with the Caribbean on one side and the bay on the other. So the view looking back the other direction from this corner unit is also quite impressive.
The resort pool is elevated. What this means to you is while relaxing poolside, your view of the Caribbean and looking up the coastline is greatly enhanced. This is further enhanced by the proximity of the pool to the water of the Caribbean. The private resort beach is just beautiful and often times you will find a game of beach volleyball going on.
The resort also features:

Hi, I’m Tim Miller.
My brother and I first purchased our condo in Cancun in 2004. (not the unit you see here) We were excited. It needed improvement and we did the best we could on a limited budget. At the time, financing wasn’t an option for existing condos, so it was a major stretch. Shortly after completing the work, Cancun suffered it’s worst hurricane ever, hurricane Wilma in 2005. Everything inside the condo was destroyed.
We stretched even further and borrowed against everything we had to put everything back together again. Hurricane insurance is so expensive that in the long run you are better off putting the money you would pay for the premium into a savings account. However, in this case it was the short run so boy did we learn. We put our “nose to the grindstone” and we ended up making what we consider outstanding improvements to the condo. Why the Owner Chose Hotetur Beach Paradise
The greatest positive that came out of this whole project was it introduced us to one of the finest person's I'm sure I will ever know. His name is Mike (Miguel). Mike helped with the construction from beginning to end. He ultimately became one of my managers in Cancun and will always be, as long as he desires. What a terrific man. I get emails praising Mike all the time. His family has been in the fishing business for many generations. Now they take tourists fishing or snorkeling. And rest assured, when you stay with us, you get the Royal treatment plus better pricing than any tour company by far if you decide to go out with Mike on the boat for a day. His boat seats up to 14 and it's an experience I highly recommend.
In the end, after the hurricane and the massive renovation, we were able to create a truly “standout” luxurious condo for guests to enjoy. Over time, this evolved into other owner's wanting me to market and manage their nicer places. This condo here, unit #3730, certainly fits the niche we have for Cancun rentals which is spacious, nicer units located in resorts that are right on the beach in the hotel zone. Excellent views are always part of the equation as well.
