  We had a wonderful time. We had serene views, playful dolphins and plenty of activities very close. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Eric had great ideas on where to go and what to do. We are looking forward to a return trip!! Telling all our friends about this hidden treasure.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  The condo provided me with a slice of paradise. This was my first experience in Marco Island and the location was amazing. The view from the private balcony of the sparkling water & incredible sunsets will take your breath away. I enjoyed being able to fall asleep while listening to the sound of the ocean. There is an abundance of unique shells on the white sandy beach. The building was very well maintained including the cleanliness of the interior of the condo. I had such a magical experience and can’t wait to return….

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  Our stay in Eric's condo was perfect. The building is well maintained and secure. Needing a key just to get in is very comforting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit is exactly as stated - clean, comfortable and perfect for 2. We had breakfast and lunch everyday in the unit and had dinner out. The beach is shelled as stated in previous reviews but it is hard which is so easy to walk on or bring strollers on. Better than soft sand. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay. I'm planning to return!

  This is a lovely condo right on the beach that offers great views with sunsets, great beach and shelling all on a tropical island. The vlue is incredble especially when you are sitting on the water's edge watching the sunset.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  I have spent many years vacationing in Florida usually further north around Maderia Beach and this was my first stay to Marco Island. It was great - the way I remembered my Florida vacations from years ago. The weather was great, the location was great and the food was great! Eric's condo had everything we needed and the building is very well maintained and secure. Our vacation went all too quickly of course. We will definitely be back next year.

  The location of this unit was outstanding! We saw beautiful sunsets at nite from our deck! We overlooked the Gulf and the beach. The photos were as the unit actually is; decorated in a beach motif. The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking. There was a restaurant on the street level that was outstanding. We could walk to other restaurants, shopping, or just walk for exercise. Did not have to drive much. Loved that! We could drive to nearby towns taking only 30 minutes or so. Anyone would enjoy this unit and its location!

  Enjoyed the overall experience. The views are wonderful and the staff was helpful. Our room was small but functional.....it could have been cleaner and we informed the owner when we returned the key. Also, there was limited toilet paper, paper towels and glasses. I loved that fact that it was walking distance to many of the shops, restaurants and the movie theater.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  It was our 2nd year staying at this property and could not have been happier. The unit is very clean and well maintained. There view from the balcony was just as described - amazing!!. I would definitely recommend this propoerty

  In the morning we ran along the beach, we watched the sun set every evening from the deck with a glass of wine, at night we slept with the door open listening to the sounds of the waves on the beach. It was like having our own private beach front - I think that says it all.

  This unit was exactly as described and would definately stay here again. The view is perfect, especially for sunsets. The restraunt downstairs is conveinent and good. Everything was so clean and well taken care of! Take shoes for the beach though...lots of pretty shells that's hurt your feet!

Multiple week discounts for season and off season are offered.
