Year Purchased: 1997
My husband and I love the beach and especially Long Beach Island. I have been coming here since I was in college and have such wonderful memories. It is such a family place with clean, beautiful beaches. You can go swimming in the ocean or in the bay and the sunsets and sunrises are spectacular.
Why the Owner Chose Ship Bottom
We chose this location because it was so close to the beach and not having to cross the street and lug all your gear makes it so nice. You can come back to the house for lunch or to take a break from the sun in minutes making it so great!
The Unique Benefits of this Victorian House
Our house is 3rd from the ocean and is one of the only houses with a grass yard. You can sit on the front deck, in the porch or out in the back and relax or have the kids play in the yard. There is a delicious bakery 3 short blocks away, restaurants, a grocery store, mini golf, nail salon, bike rental, jet ski rental and more within 10 blocks. Everything is so convenient.
