THE 1ST LEVEL opens into a foyer/den with foosball, mini bar, and screened porch. Bedroom one has bunk beds and TV/DVD. Bedroom two with TV has semi-private bath opening to the foyer/den.
LEVEL TWO begins with a furnished den with TV and video game console and game table. Bedroom three has deck access and TV, and shares semi-private hall bath. Bedroom four has deck access, TV, and private bath. Large king bedroom five is a master with TV and Jacuzzi tub.
LEVEL THREE lives large and has a great resort plan with 1/2 bath, vaulted ceiling, a very comfy entertainment area centered near fire place and north and south facing furnished sun decks. A very desirable elevated Florida style sunroom has lots of windows. Cooks will fall in love with the large tiled all equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Cozy cottage, designed for relaxing. Plenty of room to hide away. Short walk to beach or Food Lion,shops and restaurants. Ride your bike to the wetland boardwalks and watch the sun set on the sound. This is part of the Kinakeet experience.
Lovely beaches, shops, galleries, lighthouse, museums, restaurants,fishing and sightseeing charters, surfing, ferries to mainland,and all around good time.

Owners live in Point Pleasant Beach at the Jersey Shore. Hatteras Island reminds us of the Jersey Shore, many years ago; less people, more open space. We appreciate a great beach community,this is one of the nicest we've seen.
