Welcome to our Sunriver retreat. Enjoy the view of the trees and wildlife from the covered deck, or relax in the private hot tub. An easy stroll gets you to the river, the north Sunriver pool, or the Woodlands Golf Course.
Nestled in a quiet area on the North end of Sunriver you will find 18 Topflite. This beautiful 2 story, 2050 sq. ft. reverse living home offers two masters, an open living area with vaulted cedar ceilings, nicely furnished kitchen, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and 3 car garage.

The living room on the main level with its many large windows has the feeling of being in a tree house. In the living room are a 42” LCD TV, DVD, audio system with iPOD dock, and complimentary wireless internet. The adjoining dining room is surrounded on three sides by windows that look out onto the wraparound deck. The large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a king size bed32” LCD TV, DVD, iPOD dock, and access to the homes private hot tub and barbecue on the back deck. The full bathroom includes dual sinks and a great walk in closet.

Venturing to the lower level guests will find a spacious bonus room with 32” LCD TV, DVD, and queen sleeper sofa. The second master has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds.
Several adult bicycles and a ping pong table are available for guest use.

Like many of my fellow Sunriver owners I have partnered with Destination Resorts Sunriver (DRH), a Sunriver based company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. Your Cabin Master will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. Pre-trip planning and personal arrangements, such as grocery shopping, private chefs, and in home masseuses are just a few of the benefits you may take advantage of. Upon arrival, your Cabin Master will be ready to greet you with a tour of the property and review all the week’s activates and reservations.
