The original features were kept but the house was completely done over with open kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, new appliances, custom French windows and screens. Light, bright and airy. There are 4 bedrooms with a very hard to find downstairs Bedroom and full bath!
A separate fully furnished one- bedroom carraige house located next door, can be rented for an additional fee for the academic or annual long term rental.. The terms can be negotiated with the owner.
Located in the charming village of Madison with it's well known Art Cinema and RJ Julia's bookstore, voted by PENN as the best in the Country. Madison is about 1:50 mins. from New York City, has beautiful sandy beaches, antiquing, sailing, kayaking etc., and provides a refreshing alternative to the Hamptons.
