Wake up to the sun & sky of South Beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely Art Deco building. Don't worry about the walk home after partying at night or clubbing - the South Beach are of Ocean Drive is rather short, and we're at the quiet end, on the corner of 5th Ave. and Ocean Dr. - 530 Ocean Dr.
We're on the 2nd floor, looking straight at the beach and down on Ocean Drive. We have a corner view - so you have a 180 degree view. Walk thru our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator. People watch! We have a beautiful courtyard, and there is a new restaurant on the sidewalk just to the right of the building on the sidewalk. TGIF is just to the right of that restaurant. Free valet service!
Airy and bright! One huge king bed, one queen bed, one queen sleeper. Two beautiful bathrooms. Wi-Fi. Cable TV, oven, frig, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, laundry facility.

Why the Owner Chose Barbizon
We bought in this location firstly because the location is right on the beach in South Beach, in a quieter area with a park across the street. The location can't be beat. The purpose to buy was for investment, to generate income for my family. I've been managing properites in Crested Butte Colorado for years, and thought it would be nice to do the same thing closer to home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Well, it's South Beach! The beach is right in front of you, and most of my condos have great views. South Beach is all around you too, with the restaurants and nightlife. Collins Ave. is 1 block east, with all its shops of international fame. Try sitting in a sidewalk cafe and people watch for awhile. There's so much to do just walking around...Robin!
