Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with lake view and access to water’s edge within 200 feet of condo. Great bank fishing and accessible by boat. Watch boating on lake from large wrap-around covered deck with comfortable deck furniture and swing.
Condo is fully furnished including high-speed cable internet hookup, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 televisions with DVD/VCR players including 42" LCD/HD television in great room, charcoal grill/smoker, wonderful porch swing overlooking lake, and deck furniture. The unit is beautifully decorated with bright designer colors, original tapestry wall hanging, leather recliner and leather chair with ottoman in great room, wood-burning fireplace, and 20 ft high vaulted ceiling.
Master bedroom has a king size brass bed and master bath has a Jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has four twin beds which can convert to two kingsize beds. Two twin Aero Beds are available in the until for extra sleeping. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Condo is at the end of Vista on a cul-de-sac so it is great for children with bicycles, etc. In walking distance to swimming pools, tennis courts, and Turtle Cove Spa and a short drive to the lodge and restaurant.
Please no pets and smoking only on the deck.

We purchased this condo in 2001 when it was just being framed. We chose designer colors, carpeting, tile and furnishings for the condo which make it especially warm and inviting. Whether you are looking for summer fun on the lake, fall and spring fishing on one of the clearest lakes in the country, or wanting a cozy get-away on a cold winter day, this is the place for you. This was our first visit to Lake Ouachita, and I dont think we could have chosen a nicer condo with a better location! The condo was beautifully decorated, modern, well stocked, and immaculate. Kitchen was fabulous and the wraparound deck was great for sitting outside early in the morning and late in the evening. There aren't many condos that have lake access right out of the back door but this one did (which was very convenient for 6 women and a partybarge!). There is no dock, but we had no trouble pulling our boat up to shore and leaving it each night. It was also located very close to the boat ramp and convenient to one of the pools and the spa. We would all definitely return again and stay in this condo. In fact, we plan on making this a yearly getaway!

My family and I certainly enjoyed your condo. The condo was clean and well equiped with all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our two teenage sons, my husband and I. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful fall colors surrounding the lake. It was the perfect get away for the Thanksgiving holiday! We enjoyed hikes around the lake, boating and fishing, though, no luck in the fishing department! Jan, you were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend your unit to others! Thank you for a delightful stay!

The trip was our summer vacation for me, my husband, two boys, ages 11, and 15, and my parents. The accommodations are very comfortable. The location of the condo is a very quiet area with very little traffic; a great place for relaxation. It is also near the spa. The condo can sleep quite a few people, with several inflatable beds available, as well, if needed. Great back porch, although I did wish there was rear access to the lake. The lake is fabulous, nice to be able to keep our boat nearby in the little inlet. Also, the boys were able to go right out and fish when they wanted and still be within eyesight. Kitchen was stocked with every type of utensil, bowl, dish, cup, etc., one may need. Washer and dryer nice to wash towels, although I think you can get clean ones from the office. When we return to Lake Ouachita, we will definitely attempt to lease this unit.

We so enjoyed our stay in your beautifully decorated condo. The bed was so comfortable, everything we needed was provided. The weather could not have been more perfect. We brought our boat and enjoyed wonderful sunny days on Lake Ouachita ( the most beautiful lake there is in our opinion.) We rented a slip and the boat launch is very good and accessible. We enjoyed many very good meals at the restaurant and even had the restaurant deliver food to the condo one night when we didn't feel like going out. What a treat! We had relaxing times on your deck - sitting on the porch swing, drinking coffee in the morning. We spent so much time on the lake fishing that we never had time to go to the spa for a massage or facial. Definitely on our list for our next stay. Mountain Harbor is a great place to stay. Everything you need is there and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Thanks for everything - we enjoyed our stay there so much we are thinking about buying a condo there!

I grew up camping at Brady Mountain on beautiful Lake Ouachita. My own children have spent many summers boating and swimming at Lake Ouachita also. Now that we are all older a condo sounded like a lot less work. We loved it! The condo was beautiful and roomy and we loved sitting out on the deck in the evening and watching the deer come by. It was the perfect spot to moor our boat and the condo was fully furnished with all that we needed. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

We enjoyed staying at this very clean, modern condo in Mountain Harbor. I would recommend this property to others and I would stay there again. If you want to rent a boat rent it from Brady Mountain Marina for half the price of the boats at Mountain Harbor. Also our favorite activity was floating the Caddo River - very fun and clean.

Our "girl's weekend" at the condo was great. The condo was nice & clean. We enjoyed the wrap-around patio and kitchen for cooking breakfast. The bathrooms were very big. We had a blast on Lake Ouchita at "Wakeboarder's Cove"! The marina was very nice and the people were very helpful! We will definitely be back.

Since we are from Tennessee and my parents from Louisiana, getting together for the holidays is an effort. This year we decided to meet in an area that required both parties to drive, but boy was it worth it! Your condo was perfect. What a view! We love the bridge and cove. I grew up in Mt. Ida and look forward to coming to your condo in the near future.

Had a wonderful time at your place. The best porch and view ever. What a nice layout and location. Thank you!! We had fun on the lake boating, hunting for crystals, eating at the diner, nad playing games here at the Vista. Hope to return.
