The lake house is a 1950s vintage Cape Code with knotty pine throughout. You will feel at home in the generous great room which features a field stone fireplace and beamed cathedral ceiling. Your children will enjoy the loft sleeping area that overlooks the great room. A wall of windows brings in lake view from every corner.
Nearby attractions include some of the best golfing in the Midwest at Blackwolf Run Courses, Whistling Straits - site of PGA August 2010 and 2007 US Senior Open, The Bull, The Bog, and others. A wide variety of shopping is available in Kohler, Historic Cedarburg and the Sheboygan riverfront, and antique shops throughout the vicinity. Motor sports enthusiasts will enjoy Road America at Elkart Lake.
Great opportunities for off trail and on trail biking are nearby. Nearby state parks include Kohler Andre and Harrington Beach, which provide access to the area’s natural beauty. Casual and fine dining is available in Port Washington, Kohler and Sheboygan. The Milwaukee area is home to many major events and attractions within less than an hour’s drive.
