Location: Crescent Ridge, North, Old Town, Park City, Utah, USA (35 Minutes from Salt Lake City Airport)

Accommodations:  Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Keywords:  Townhouse

The perfect Two family vacation. The townhouse is set up for two sets of parents to have their own bedroom and Master bath. The kids can be located in a dual room semi separated with a double bed and then up the three stairs to a trundle bed with a little TV viewing area.

This is the last townhouse in the row, thus it has the feeling of being out in the middle of a forest. Through the kitchen window you can see the bottom of the run Last Temptation. Just walk 300 feet to the Silver Star Chair lift to start your mornings. Come home for lunch or just ski home at the end of the ski day.

Do not forget summers with tons of activities or the fall where the home is nestled in the middle of Aspens that create a vibrant fall color display. The yellows, reds and oranges are reveled only by New England's fall colors. Usually around October you will also get a small dusting to add to the ambiance.

Owner's Profile

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2007

This home is owned by four families whose tastes vary greatly. We have skiers, movie goers (Sundance) and people who just want to get away from it all. We are from the Southern California area. All airports get to Salt Lake with ease.

Why the Owner Chose Crescent Ridge

We chose this get-away because of the great powder and the ski in ski out possibilities. As stated previously, location, location, location. You are in the woods and five minutes later you are in a vibrant downtown with the best eatery's anywhere. The access via air or highway is unbeatable.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

One of the main benefits, being from L.A. is that it is easier and more relaxing getting there than Mammoth Mountain. On top of all of that the best snow in the world.

Great Choice

We visited in early March with 5 friends. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and provided an excellent base for our ski trip. The location is fantastic with ski-in access to the condo. The trail to the condo is a black, but wide and easy for an intermediate to get down. It's one of the best runs on the mtn. You take off your skis within 20 feet of the garage door. We made an easy 3-5 minute downhill (not steep) walk to the Silver Star lift each morning. Silver Star's base area is very cool. It's a brand new high end development with great style and attention to detail. You could easily ski into the condo for lunch and get back out the door without a problem. The condo slept 5 men easily in their own bed. Queen, Queen, Queen, Single with Single Trundle Bed (full size twin mattrass on both). The beds are comfortable with quality linens. The condo has all of the modern conveniences. The ski locker, garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher made our trip easy. Wi-Fi and a nice TVs were appreciated. The development has a hot tub and pool. Cabs picked us up at night for town and the cost was a less than 10 dollars to main street. You could walk easily to the bus, but the cab ride was cheap, quick and it was cold outside. The condo has an awesome deck that would be great for dining/cooking outside of winter. The town golf course and X-Country Track is a 2 minute walk from the condo. The best part of renting this condo is the customer service from the owners. They were friendly and quick to respond to any planning question. They are professional in every aspect of the experience. They are not pushy and do not rush you through the rental process. They have a great website to preview more pictures of their condo and get you excited for your trip. When I return to Park City I will rent from them again. I have young children and the condo would be an affordable and easy place to take them on a ski trip. I have rented through VRBO and traveled throughout the world, this is a solid condo for your trip.

Owner response:Thank you for the kind response. We too get great use out of the base area (Silver Star) for some great Apres' Ski. The last run of the day is fun, but for the more tired skier they can also take Spiro down or even the chair.

Winter Time Oasis

This was my first trip to the Park City Area. This trip had all the elements to make this an unforgettable trip. There was plenty of snow on the slopes, the scenery was refreshing, the air was crisp and the place we stayed made me wish I owned it. The best thing about the place we stayed at was the ease of access to skiing. It is a quick hike up the hill to a ski slope and when returning after a full day of skiing, you can literally ski right to your front door. The townhome gives off the perfect mountain vibe. It was clean and had plenty of room to sleep the 2 families that went on our trip. The best part about the townhome is the chandalier over the dinning room table made of antlers. It was classic. I definitely plan on returning to Park City, maybe even in the summer, and this townhome will be the first place a look.
