a Peace of Maui.
Our NON-SMOKING GROUND FLOOR vacation condo is located on seven acres at Hale Kamaole Condominiums. The complex has two swimming pools, tennis courts(NO fee),and poolside community BBQs. We are appeoximately 250 yards and directly across from, Kamaole Beach III,where you can swim, snorkel, have a bbq picnic, or just soak up the sun! Last year completed (Nov 2008)additional renovations in the kitchen area with slab granite counters, new cabinets,all new fixtures, (in addition to a newly-tiled lanai). The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances and cookware including microwave,toaster,blender,rice cooker,etc. and dishes and utensils. Dining table for 4 with extra room at the counter, or eat al fresco on the lanai.
A VERY comfortable Eastern King bed with a Sealy PERFECT SLEEPER Pillowtop mattress, imported dresser and bench seat, and small color tv w/dvd outfit the bedroom. A queen sofabed, easy chair, buffet, and lovely armoire housing a 35" color tv with vcr w/dvd player,(inc.large dvd library) outfit the living area. Full-sized washer and dryer IN THE UNIT. Complimentary high-speed internet access!in case you bring your laptop to stay connected. All linens provided. Additional laundry facilities onsite. Boogie boards,beach chairs and toys,fishing poles,tackle box, tennis gear,snorkel masks available for your use. Our unit is perfectly located in the complex~~~step off the lanai to VIEWS of the beautiful Pacific to your left, and Mt. Haleakala views to the right,and just 20 steps from the upper pool! Come and see why our guests have returned year after year.

Why the Owner Chose Hale Kamaole
Through the years we vacationed at many properties in the Lahaina/Ka'anapali area. One year we "ventured" down to Kihei; we loved it and were sold on Maui's south shore; the beaches are, in a word: FABulous. The weather was much nicer, and with the exception of a few occasional winter days of a little rain, you can be assured of a sun-shiney day pretty much year round. The south shore of Maui is a comfortable, relaxing area without all the traffic you get going into Lahaina. We have some very upscale hotels in the south shore area, such as The Marriott Wailea, Fairmont Kei Lani, and the Grand Wailea , and you can still have your choice of nice shopping areas, fine or casual dining, and specialty shops, along with the wonderful soft-sand beaches south Maui is known for: The Kamaole beaches, (Kamaole 3 beach is directly across from our complex, appx 200 ft), Ulua and Keawakapu,Polo beach,Wailea and Makena beaches. The Kihei boat dock is a 3 minute walk, where many boats,snorkeling and rafting, and sunset cruise trips depart from daily.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We are close to just about anything one would want to do on Maui.Within walking distance are restaurants and shops, great beaches for snorkeling, swimming or boogie boarding, or, just plain relaxing in the sun. Lahaina is just a 40-minute drive(depending on traffic), and north shore Maui is about 25 minutes. Our complex is famous for the ocean vistas one can experience.With a very openly laid-out architectural building plan, you have a great ocean view from just about anywhere you sit, stand or lay at this complex.You can even see whales frolicking(in season) from the upper swimming pool, which is within appx 20 steps from our lanai. This is also a ground floor unit,so it's easy to get in and out, carrying groceries, coming in from the pool, etc. Guests love grilling their meals at the community barbecue areas, which offer a great way for you to meet vacationers from all over the world.We have hosted guests from as far away as Germany, Yugoslavia and Argentina who have enjoyed our complex and their stay in our lovely Maui home. With the added beach park across the street you can picnic, bbq, and beach it all day then come up on the grass to watch another awesome Maui sunset. Like I mentioned, the perfect location :)

We purchased our condo in 2003. We had been vactioning in Maui for over 15 years.
In 2001 the kids and grandkids, after vacationing with us here in May 2001
:( made the move to the island... 6 weeks later! Of course you can't stay away from kids and the most two AWESEOME grandkids in this universe, so in 2003 it was time to get our own place.
