LOCATION LOCATION! Welcome to Blue Dolphin's Paradise...a Peace of Maui. Our lovely NON SMOKING vacation haven on Maui's "Gold Coast" is located at the Hale Kamaole Condominiums, a popular low-rise complex on seven acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with ocean vistas to the left, and Haleakala views on your right. We offer two swimming pools, tennis court(NO fee),and poolside community BBQ areas. Hale Kamaole is directly across from one of south Maui's most popular beaches,Kamaole Beach III,voted the"best place to watch a Sunset."
We are continually adding to our unit. When we purchased it in MAY 2003, we had all new tile installed,new carpet in the bedroom,new lighting fixtures AND ceiling fans, new appliances, new A/C unit in bedroom, in addition to brand new furnishings. A king bed(new 2006) with Sealy PERFECT SLEEPER Pillowtop mattress outfits the bedroom, and a Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals, with all appliances large and small.Two color tvs with DVD players, a large dvd library, and FREE Hi-Speed INTERNET ACCESS available for your laptop. A full-sized washer-dryer in the unit,and additional laundry facilities are also available onsite.
All linenes, including big fluffy beach towels and 500TC cotton sheets are provided. We continue to update and replenish our unit as time allows to insure you get the most out of your vacation in a clean, comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
We are members of our Homeowner's Co-op.You can feel safe knowing that our managers reside onsite. Our unit is kept in tip top shape.
We hope you don't have to use them but our maintenance department is juSt a phone call away should you require their services during your stay.

TO OUR VALUED GUESTS~~~WE regret the slight increase in rates this year. Due to the high increase in taxes,utilities,homeowners fees and maintenance, it could not helped.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A "NO PETS AND NO SMOKING" VACATION UNIT, INCLUDING PATIO AREA. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A deposit is due within 15 days of scheduling your reservation. FULL remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date,
A HALF-DAY charge is required for late check out beyond 11 am.
CANCELLATIONS: For FULL refund less a $150.00 Admin fee,
your cancellation is Required 60 DAYS OR MORE prior to your arrival date. IF WITHIN 45-60 days days a refund may be given if unit can be re-rented: amount will be on a pro-rata basis. NO REFUNDS within 45 days of start date.
