Mahalo, Dollie and George on an awesome 2nd stay at your wonderful little piece of Maui!! Recently renovated, nicely decorated with an amazing stocked gourmet kitchen. We ate in most nights totally enjoying sharing stories with new friends at the "Barbeque." Pool was also so close by. All the beach toys, plus coolers and beach chairs, umbrella..everything we needed!! The best location in Kihei we feel. Our last night (as on many other nights) we watched the sun set from Kam 3 beach, which is just a few minute walk...this time as the sun was about to set, two Humpback whales, not far from shore, tails slapping more than 20 times simultaneously!! So loud!!! What an amazing send off from a perfect vacation in Maui!!

Dollie and George, Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay in your condo! Chad and I were already lucky enough to have won this trip, but had no idea what a great place we would be staying in! There was never a dull moment with all of the activities Maui had to offer, and was so convenient having everything close to the condo! December was the perfect time to go,(especially seeing the whales) and we thank you both so much for your excellent communication and guidance to make sure our trip was spectacular...which it was! Wedding/Honeymoon Escape

We were looking for a condo to stay in while we were in Maui for our wedding and honeymoon. Something that would be perfect. We spent many weeks reviewing them online, because we live in Oregon, and it's difficult to make decisions based on pictures and descriptions. The description for this condo was very detailed, very professional, and it created a fun environment as well. After contacting the owner a couple of times, we made the decision to rent. The owner has an incredible personality, that's upbeat, caring and fun, and she made the rental process very easy for us. The condo was how she describes it on the website, but even more beautiful. You see and feel the effort that has been put into it to make it feel comfortable, like a second home. We plan on returning to this island nest as many times as possible.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We liked that we could walk to the beach and really enjoyed all the sunsets only a couple steps from our lanai, we loved being on the ground floor, so close to everything. The listing description described the condo and its amenities completely and accurately and that was a relief when we arrived. The place was spotless and absolutely beautifully decorated. The location is awesome...beach across the street. Restaurants and stores closeby. Golf of course...the best courses ever! Snorkeling....go to Boss Frogs to get activity coupons and water equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend spending your valuable vacation time right here at this location. The owner was awesome to work with in making the arrangements and had wonderful suggestions for everything from car rentals to the best local dinner houses. For a real special evening do "Mama's Fish House" but it most likely needs reservations and be prepared because its a bits pricey. But hey...your in Maui, live it up!!

Great Unit!! We have stayed at Hale Kamaole Properties before... and it can be hit or miss... We will definitely be coming back to this particular unit. Owner is great to work with, easy checkin, place was clean... Also since they are a member of the COOP, if there is any problem (we didn't have any), the Owners COOP is there to help you. There was always a get together around the community grills.... a great place to meet new friends. Pool is good, but you probably could hit a baseball into the ocean (if your Babe Ruth)... Great Location... we always stay in Kihie. I really don't want to spread the word too much about this unit... I need to make sure that I can go back. -- Pat

We just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay in this unit. We absolutely loved the location - the weather was always great here (even though it was rainy on other parts of the island), and the location was very convenient with many amazing beaches nearby. The actual unit looked as good as or better than the pictures on the VBRO listing. We loved that everything we needed for the beach was supplied, and that everything in the unit was updated and of good quality. The location of this unit within the complex is very good - close to the pool, tennis, and bbq with a great ocean view as you step off the lanai. The atmosphere at Hale Kamaole is really nice, people are very friendly and fun, we got a kick out of the nightly conch blowing at sunset and enjoyed hearing about other people's adventures around the bbq in the evening. Hale Kamaole is a great complex to stay in and the Blue Dolphin's Paradise is a great unit to stay in. Dollie was a pleasure to deal with and has thought of everything in terms of making her guests feel welcome and at home. We'll be back!

It's difficult to describe how wonderful a time we had here in Maui.Your condo was just one reason for it being so.The location is phenomenal, both in regards to the nearby attractions/amenities and position in the complex. The ground floor situation is great. Our kids had a blast! You've thought of everything. We'll Be Back!

We so enjoy this complex!!! This unit is steps from the upper pool and the bbq on the quiet upper, south side of the complex. The unit is well stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, sand chairs, snorkle supplies, and "what to do" information. Kamaole Beach, right across the street, is a great beach for sunbathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, picnicing, watching the sun set or a nice long walk. You can't beat the convenience of this unit Close to stores, Wailea golf, the beach walking path, the boat harbor for excursions, sand and surf. If you want to be on the Kihei side of the island, you can't go wrong here! Thank you Dollie and George for accomodating us for the past 5 years! We will definitely be back in 2011!! (AND, thank you for the no smoking rule! We appreciate that!)

We had the best vacations here! Thank you so much Mr & Mrs Tway for all extra things you provide for your guests.Your condo is decorated very nice. 1. THE bed is the best! 2. Snorkel gear & beach chairs SO appreciated, it was nice not to have rent these type of items. 3. Big soft beach towels! We love the location of your condo too. Close to the BBQ and the pool, and we could see the ocean from the patio area and all around the property too! We stayed in your condo in June 2007 for 16 days. It was wonderful!! Everything we needed was there - sand toys, beach towels, blender, DVDs! The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Your condo became our home away from home. We have wonderful memories of sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets while sipping our Mai Tais. We can't wait to come back!

We have stayed at your condo 2 or 3 times now. My parents have a timeshare at the Maui Hill so your condo is a perfect location for us when we vacation with them. The condo is so clean and is located closely to all of our favorite places on Maui! We loved having beach chairs and a cooler available to us when we went to the beach. Last time we were there we walked to the beach across the street and had beautiful views of the sunset. We always look forward to going to Maui and staying at your place. Mahalo!!

We stayed in this condo each January-February for four years (2006-2009) and would have stayed again if our son hadn't moved back to Texas. The unit was always clean and well equipped and very economical. We really like the location across from Kam III beach. We think it is the best location in Kihei (and Maui for that matter). We used the tennis court and BBQ grills. The people who stay here (Hale Kamaole) are friendly and considerate. The beach and trails are right across the street. They are maintained by the local Rotary Club and are always in very good shape. There are many good, low cost places to eat in Kihei. The owner of this condo is prompt and very easy to work with. All in all, we would stay here again at the drop of a hat.
