This 2000 square foot home sits on a half-acre lot which gives it great privacy in the summer and a great view in the snowy winter months. The wood-lined walls and unique architecture makes the cabin spacious and cozy at the same time.
It's nice having a new refrigerator and microwave and like new appliances elsewhere in the kitchen and laundry. The gourmet kitchen has a professional bar setup and the dual oven and professional stand mixer and new gas grill make cooking and drink mixing a breeze. There are plenty of dishes and glassware (including martini and margarita glasses), a rice-cooker, waffle maker and plenty of cookware to make just about any meal.
The Vermont Castings Winter Warm wood burning stove keeps the entire house extra cozy and the home has beautiful high-quality furnishings, decorative items, and artwork throughout. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub, enjoy the rhododendron gardens and beautiful assortment of wild birds on the feeders.

I am a nice person who had a goal to have really nice furnishings etc. and make the home beautiful so you can enjoy your stay and come back. I put hand-chiseled granite countertops and new appliances in so you wouldn't have trouble with things not working. Almost everything in this home is nicer than what I have in my own home so my clients would really appreciate having a home with nice things inside.
Why the Owner Chose Hidden Valley
I really love the way the home is laid out with the master bedroom on the first floor, the Jacuzzi tub, and the large bedrooms upstairs as well. I like it in Hidden Valley because it is more family oriented and I knew one day someone would overhaul the ski and golf resort and it would be even nicer.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I really like the privacy of being on a dead-end street - there is no traffic and it is very safe for children. It is a short walk to the lake and hiking trails. There are plenty of fish in the lake and I like to take the kids fishing. It is also near the ski lifts as well so that is convenient in the fact that it is both out of the way and private, yet close enough to the resort at the same time. It is very peaceful and secluded and sits on a half-acre lot so neighbors are far enough away. The wood burning stove keeps the house warm and cozy and there is a nice view out the large windows. The breakfast bar is great and it is nice having modern, reliable appliances.
