SANDMAN is an extremely well maintained Hatteras Yachtfisher. Aside from being available as a dockside "hotel" for up to 8 persons SANDMAN is a fully functioning charter yacht for single day trips and live a board overnight trips.
The centrally located marina is excellent for accessing all the activities available in La Paz without traveling too far. Most everything is within walking distance.
The fully stocked galley has all the cooking utensils you need to prepare your own meals. Items that don't normally come with a condo such as coffee, cooking spices, dish detergent, etc., are on board for your use.
The yacht is fully air conditioned with an extensive collection of music and DVD s. The washer/dryer is another added convenience.
It is a great floating alternative to a standard motel room. Every direction you look is a view, not another wall.
For those that want to get away from the dock for a one day visit to the islands and beaches OR a live aboard multi day getaway for snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing to the remote locations available in our area see the rates in the following paragraph.
SANDMAN and crew have extensive experience in scuba adventures, wildlife research, television and movie filming productions, big game fishing and general relaxing vacation cruising.
General charter details:
Single Day:
For single day charter to the islands and beaches SANDMAN and crew offer a Lunch Cruise for a maximum of 25 persons. Includes fuel, crew, snacks, sodas, ice and a chef prepared Mexican style lunch.
View the sea lion colony and enjoy lunch in a secluded anchorage on the island where you can swim in the beautiful blue waters. Depart La Paz at 9:00 AM and return by 5:00 PM. Up to 25 guests maximum ... $1,500.00 per day (price is total for up to 25 guests)
Live-aboard
For longer term trips SANDMAN and crew have available fully guided scuba trips, guided island hiking trips or excursions to any destination of your choice.
Includes fuel, crew, three chef prepared meals per day, snacks, sodas, ice, fishing gear, snorkeling gear, kayaks and use of all facilities on board yacht.
Up to 6 guests maximum ... $2,000.00 per 24 hour period. (Additional guests possible.)

Sleeping on the water on a luxury yacht has its obvious tranquility along with a tendency to make wine taste better! You can enjoy spectacular unobstructed sunset views from the upper fly bridge. Being located in a marina (24 hour security) very close to downtown La Paz is a big plus for walking to restaurants, night life, shopping and local attractions. The 2 kayaks are a great way to enjoy paddling around the bay and seeing La Paz with a unique perspective.
