The beautiful remodeled mountain retreat with level driveway that has all the amenities of home plus! Located at the top of the hill on a quiet street with filtered views of the Dardanelles and walking distance to the Big Trees State Park trail system. The granite countered kitchen has a fabulous island including a second sink and is stocked with all the extras including Espresso machine and Cuisinart. Living Room is spacious and airy, tastefully decorated with a full entertainment system, surround sound, electronic piano and opens up onto the main deck furnished with comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs as well as table for outdoor dining and both gas and charcoal BBQ's. The Game Room boasts high ceilings surround sound, pool/air hockey table and spectacular triple double bunk bed that any kid would love in addition to a sectional sofa with a pull out double bed! Game room opens to the lower deck and the 8 person Hot tub, outdoor picnic table and Ping Pong as well. In addition this home has 3 bedrooms (Master-King Bed and Single sofa sleeper, loft twin trundle bed, Bed 2-2 twins and Bed 3-queen) and a loft with 3 full bathrooms and an extra sink area. Each floor has a TV/DVD/VCR system with Direct TV and many DVD's and VCR tapes, all you need to do is add the Popcorn! Wood burning stove in addition to forced air heating and full size washer and dryer keep your clan cozy and clean. Perfect vacation get away for one family or three!

Why the Owner Chose Big Trees
We have been vacationing in the Big Trees area for almost 20 years and simply love the beauty of the area. It is a fantastic community for families, very peaceful and relaxing. Many fun things to do all year round. Winter activities include, skiing (downhill and cross country), snowmobiling, tubing and snowshoeing. Spring, summer and fall activities include hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, golfing, wine tasting, outdoor concerts and theater, Bear Valley Music Festival, biking and spelunking as well as visiting Gold Mines, Railtown and nearby Columbia.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We are located on a quiet street with Big Trees State park trail access within walking distance (about a block away). Bear Valley Ski resort is a 30 minute drive. Stanislaus River access for fishing and river trail is about 5 minutes away. During the winter we get ample snow around the cabin to have a great snowball fight and sled on site. The Upper and lower decks allow for fun space for kids as well as adults. The Hot Tub is relaxing and fun amongst the beautiful forested surroundings year round. Hot Tub seats about 8 people comfortably and the outdoor surround sound system adds to the fun. Outdoor tables and chairs are available on both decks, the upper deck also sports a comfortable outdoor seating area during the summer months in addition to both gas and charcoal BBQ's. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with espresso machine, Cuisinart and everything you need to cook up a beautiful holiday dinner. Upper and lower living rooms provide a place of entertainment for both kids and adults. Kids especially love the triple-decker double bunk bed!
