Our four bedroom, 3 bath villa is located within the exclusive gated community, Emerald Island resort. We are located just 2.5 short miles from Walt Disney World and are minutes away from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.
You and your family will enjoy a restful vacation in our comfortable home. This custom built villa is both spacious and relaxing.
The villa is contained on one floor with vaulted ceilings throughout providing expansive living space with convenience and accessibility.
Our home has a large formal living room and a separate formal dining room to comfortably entertain your guests. The oversized, well-equipped kitchen is next to an additional eating nook.
The comfortable family room containing a big screen plasma TV overlooks the private pool and deck.
The master suite contains a luxurious king-sized bed and flat-screened TV. The master bath has a spa-like soaking tub as well as an extra large shower.
There is an additional en suite with a queen sized bed, flat-screened TV and private bath.
The additional 2 bedrooms each contain twin sized beds.
Emerald Island is a full-service resort containing a clubhouse with an on-site concierge service. There is also a fitness center, sauna, internet cafe with high speed internet access, Tiki Bar, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, children's play area and nature trails.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Island Resort
Emerald Island couldn't be in a more convenient location. We are so close to Disney, you can hear the fireworks at night! We are also close to Universal and Sea World. Is also extremely convenient to the many restaurants and shopping. It is also nice because the beach and other outdoor activities are a short trip away. Emerald Island is definitely a calm and welcome oasis after a full day of Florida fun!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Emerald Island is a 24 hour, fully manned gated community only 2 miles to Disney. There is a Clubhouse with on-site concierge service, fitness center, sauna, internet cafe, games arcade, lounge and Tiki bar. There are also tennis and basketball courts, a volleyball court, children's play area and a nature trail. There are also a variety of on-site activities.

My husband and I and our 4 children have enjoyed vacationing in the Disney area for many years. We decided to take the plunge in purchasing a second home in Emerald Island and have been very happy with it ever since. We were a family of 7 including my mother of 84, our 3 kids of 28, 22 and 9, and my son's girlfriend, they got engaged on new years, we really had a good time in this Beautiful Home!! My husband and my kids enjoy the pool. Wonderful vacation place for the whole family!! Honduras family.

The pictures surely display the home as we found it. It is very close to the Disney Parks and within a 25 minute drive to Universal Studios. The pool was great and we enjoyed that after long days at the parks. The owner was very helpful and accomodating for our request to arrive earlier than normal check-in time as well as staying a few hours beyong the normal check-out time. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property...so close to amenities, and our first visit to the parks! Kids loved the pool and the amount of space in the home made us feel extremely comfortable-the neighborhood was clean and quiet and a wonderful place for an early morning run. We will certainly be back!

We were very fortunate to be able to spend "The Winter of 2011" at The Donnelly House. The home was as shown on the website and in fact even nicer in person! We were able to have our family and friends visit over the winter and we never felt crowded. I was pleasantly suprised to find that there was a pack and play crib and highchair in the home for our granddaughter and they were in excellent condition. There was even linen for the baby. The home was well maintained and when there were a few questions, the management company got back to us immediately. We really enjoyed having the living/dining room in addition to the great room. We have rented homes before that only had the great room and thought that was sufficient, but the extra area was well used. The internet service was excellent and made staying in touch at home very easy. While we enjoyed everything about the house, we especially loved the pool and used it almost every day. We were back and forth to Disney quickly and I'm sure we were home long before those staying in some of the onsite hotels. Planning to return! Thanks Joan and Terry. Carol and Wally Freehold, NJ

Everything was perfect, the house is beautifully furnished, extemely spacious and very clean. The location is absolutely perfect. We travelled with our 4 year old son and all the Disney parks are close enough to come home in the afternoon for a swim or a sleep and go back later in the evening for dinner and to catch the shows. Its also at the right end of the 192 to miss all the morning traffic, it really did take us less than 10 minutes to the parking lots! Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will certainly be back.

This is a beautiful home. It was very close to all the attractions. We went to Epcot, Sea World, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom. We were at Magic Kingdom on New Years Eve-it was just magical!! The house is near the Premium Outlet Mall which is very nice. There were 9 of us in all and we enjoyed having lots of space instead of a crowded hotel. We will always remember our trip here as our daughter became engaged on New Year's Eve. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This is a beautiful home very close to Disney. Having a house (as opposed to a hotel room) was so much easier and convenient, and it made our vacation much more enjoyable. Having all those bedrooms was great because everyone had their own space, and we could put the girls to bed early and still stay up and talk with the other adults. The pool was awesome. The girls spent two days just swimming, which in many ways was more enjoyable than an exhausting day at Disney. We had most meals at "home" which saved us tons of money. The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. We'll definitely do this again when we are back in Orlando!

This is the first time we've ever rented a vaction home this way, and I was a little nervous, but we were just so pleased with everything. The home was exactly the way that you described it, brand new and spotless! It was also much larger than it seems in the picture. It was so well equipped our grandchildren just loved it. I was also pleased with how close we were to Disney. It was so nice after spending a long day at the parks to have just a short drive home. We will definitely be back next year!
