"THE RUBY" is a brand new custom built cabin surrounded within a heavily area of Hardwood trees. After listening to the birds and relaxing on the covered front porch, you enter into a great "Entertaining floor plan" that offers the Den, Kitchen and Breakfast nook all open to each other. This cabin also offers a great covered porch off the Breakfast Nook area for outdoor entertainment, rain or shine. The Master Bedroom is located on the Main Level offering a real Log Queen Size Bed for the complete cabin experience. The Loft area offers a sleeper sofa, TV for your gaming equipment and a DVD Player for your family movie night. A "Foosball" table is also in the Loft area so you can challenge your family and friends of all ages to a game or maybe even a tournament. Down the hall is a full bath located just off the bedroom that offers 2 Full size beds and a walk in closet.
Located near and close to downtown Smithville and Center Hill Lake, you are within 7-10 +/- minutes away from the Newly Updated Hurricane Marina and Interstate I-40 and yet close to the convenience of the Community swimming pool, Golf course and Shopping for the items you need or forgot to bring. The Subdivision Playground area is within walking distance from the cabin for the kids to enjoy.
