The property was built in 1924 and is one of the oldest buildings in charming EL Porto.
Last year the property was given a Complete remodel in the upper unit with Destructive Contemporary flare.
The Idea was so inspiring I did the vacation rental in the same fashion. The art work in this vacation rental is from all over the world, collected thru our travels backpacking throughout Asia.

There is no better place to live and vacation, its like a vacation everyday, note: this is a duplex I live in the upper unit. It was love at first sight, El Porto is an old funky surf spot with traditional local flare, so if your looking for a step away from the corporate feel of the world look no further, each street has its own personality!

200 yards to walking to the beautiful beach, beautiful private deck with Jacuzzi spa. Enjoy the local spots from Pancho's great Mexican food and amazing cover band Friday/ Saturday night, to Great Sushi across the street. Whanna little crazy local action step into Sharkey's for a drink and some dancing. If your not into the craziness there are plenty of spas to relax and enjoy a full body massage or a great coffee at one of the local spots, all within 5 minutes walking!
