The swimming pool area is less than a minute away and has a fitness center. The unit has one designated parking off-street spot in front of the unit, with additional spaces a few yards away.
The Abacoa complex is located in a quiet, upscale residential area in Jupiter. All you need to move in are your clothes, you could live here indefinitely. The area is close to a large number of activities, including golf, boating, scuba diving and the WPB airport.
The condo association restricts rentals of this unit to two month minimum, with at most two different rentals during each twelve month period. The tenant is responsible for phone, water and electrical utilities. Cable TV is included.
