  This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at this villa. We are very long time Edisto visitors, and this place has become our "go to" spot. It is well located, well maintained, well stocked and very roomy with nice views. We had 20 family members for dinner...and there was plenty of room for all. My wife and I were the only ones staying there....and that was superb. The only thing missing is the front beach...but the price compensates for that. Highly recommended.

  This condo is fabulous. The view is exceptional, and the accommodation were very comfortable! Everything was so neat and clean, very homey. We usually don't sleep well away from home, but we all slept like babies! The screen porch is awesome! Sitting on the porch, listening to the breeze and the fish splashing in the little stream was so relaxing. We will certainly will stay here again!

  We recently returned from what was one of our best vacations ever! I can happily and confidently recommend Edisto as a destination and, in particular, this lovely condo. This was our second trip to Edisto and our second time staying at 767 Summerwind. The condo is perfect: it is immaculately clean, well-equipped and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the games and videos and watching the golfers from the screened-in porch - a great view! We felt completely at home there. Edisto is fantastic. My husband and I, our (college-age) son and his girlfriend had a wonderful time. We loved the beach, loved the restaurants, loved the bike trails, loved Botany Bay! We got to go to the PGA tournament at Kiawah as an added bonus and enjoyed our trip to nearby Charleston. We were all sad to leave this beautiful place but we know we will definately be back!

  If you want to begin the day with a gorgeous sunrise and glistening dew on the marsh and golf course, end the day with a spectacular moonlit sky, and in between relax at a bucolic coastline of beaches spewn with dolphin...(not too shabby)...this is the place to go!! The house was centrally located, afixed with appropriate cooking utensils, amenities, and perfect room temperature for a comfortable sleep. It was clean, well stocked with movies, books, games, plush beds and pillows. The area is replete with as much adventure or solice as you want. It is low key, yet offers many options for sightseeing or activities. Bicycling, kayaking, walking, running, golfing, dining, drinking, to name a few. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental property!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Just a BIG BIG thank you to Linda for allowing us to stay at your villa....My husband, two sons, and I had a wonderful time while at Edisto Island. The villa is just as described and we were pleased and satisfied with all aspects of it. Clean and well maintained. Very nice and cool even though it was a scorchy of a week....When visiting the area, please go to Botany Bay Beach. It is so worth the walk. Again, thank you Linda!

  We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the screened in porch and the view from the porch is wonderful. The decor is nice and the master bedroom is large and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of drawers and closet space in the bedrooms. It would be nice if there were more places to put food (non-perishable_ in the kitchen - a small pantry would be great. Overall, we loved this rental and hope to come back again and again in the future!!

  Vacationing at Edisto is an unique experience for those who want a non-commercial vacation. The condo was excellent with it's more than adequate bedrooms and baths. The screened porch is the luxury of the condo, usable at all times of the day and evening, For golfers the course is a beautiful course and fun to play. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils that are needed to do any cooking that you may require. The condo is very clean, comfortable and very home-like feeling. Edisto Island has many things to experience at a leisurely pace - no hustle & bustle. I look forward to my third visit there very soon.

  This was our second year to enjoy this wonderful condo. Once again we found it clean and comfortable. We enjoyed preparing great seafood suppers from King's Market and Flowers Seafood in the well equipped kitchen. There is a great library of games, videos, books that we enjoyed during the week. The couch and recliners are comfortable, quite inducive to reading and enjoying the TV. The owner takes an active interest in maintaining the property to high standards. I appreciated an e-mail during the week checking to see if everything was OK. Nothing in our experience supports what I have read in the review from the people who stayed a couple of weeks before us! I woudl highly recommend this property and definitely plan to return next year.

King's Market and Flowers Seafood are "must stops" on the way down Highway 174 for farm fresh vegetables, homemade frozen casseroles, and seafood fresh from the ocean. Visitors will also enjoy the homemade key lime pie from King's Market!

  We had a wonderful vacation in Edisto and were very pleased with our accomodations.This villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! After a stress-free day on the beach, it was a pleasure to come back to relax in the recliners or on the porch. In fact, I believe that a large portion of our vacation was spent enjoying the screened porch! We enjoyed the gorgeous view while drinking coffee in the mornings,playing games and listening to music,or eating dinner in the evenings. There was a great view of the 4th of July fireworks on the island and in the distance over the marsh! We also loved the additional refrigerator downstairs. Packing coolers for the beach or a boat ride is a breeze when you dont have to bring everything up and downstairs each day. There is also a large area underneath the villa in addition to parking. This was a great place for us to play games (we brought cornhole boards) in the evenings. There is also plenty of room to store beach chairs,umbrellas,etc... We found everything we could possibly need in the well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the great selection of dvd movies. The owner is a pleasure to talk to, and is very personable and hepful. She was willing to go above and beyond for our group when we had questions about bringing a boat to the Wyndham community. This area had plenty of parking for our boat and additional vehicles. You will have a worry-free vacation, with an incredible view at this property.

  This was my second trip to the beautiful island of Edisto and my second time staying in this great condo. My first trip was for a family vacation and this trip was for a girl's getaway vacation. Again, everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the beach, bike paths, and all the amenities the resort has to offer. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and the screened porch was a favorite gathering spot for all of us! It was perfect for our group of five. Thank you for a truly lovely vacation. Can't wait to return!
