The condo is completely furnished with all the towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, etc. that will make you feel right at home. There's even a washer and dryer that you don't have to feed quarters into. We've also included extras like beach chairs, beach mats, and two bikes. You won't have to pay extra to rent these items at the beach.
This is a quiet community on 20 acres of well manicured, beautifully landscaped grounds. Two swimming pool/hot tub areas (1 quiet pool for adults only), large workout room, and tennis courts. Within walking distance to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). It's also close to several other beach towns and major attractions, including Disneyland (17 miles away).
