UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This 1580 sq ft unit has been professionally decorated, and the owner has put a lot of thought and personal attention into this magnificent property. This condo features two master suites that you can retreat to with king sized beds and private bathrooms. The first master bedroom features a flat screen TV and DVD player, entrance to private balcony, oversized tub, and separate shower to soak your tired muscles in after an active day. The second master bedroom features a flat screen TV, entrance to the larger balcony, and jetted tub with separate shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with TV and entrance to the larger balcony. Across the hall is the bathroom with oversized shower. You will also find the washer and dryer for the unit in this bathroom. When you enter the unit, you will notice the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wine cooler. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home.
The living room features a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs, flat screen TV above the fireplace, DVD player, CD player, and stereo system with speakers. The couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa to sleep an additional two people. The dining room table is set up to seat 6 people; however there is a leaf for the table in the closet and two additional chairs to seat up to 8 people. There are 3 additional barstools in the kitchen. When you stay in this condo, you will also enjoy the bathrobes exclusive to Lone Eagle guests to wear to the pool, hot tub, or steam room. If you need to do some work away from home, you will enjoy free internet access.
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy views of the ski slopes, trees, and mountain. Lone Eagle has a partially covered balcony on the first floor if you want to watch the skiers come down to the base of River Run.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) Ski down to the lift, which is approximately 50 yards away & ski right up to the building at the end of your day. Ski lockers are just inside of the skier entrance at the back of the building. Lone Eagle is also just a short 2-3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars) Lone Eagle is a 5 star Platinum-rated building. It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out. It was built in 2000 and features 58 condos in the entire building. The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that Lone Eagle has to offer. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace or sit outside on the partially covered balcony and enjoy the mountain views. There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Lone Eagle guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor. Oversized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment.

FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: flexible check-in and out times, you don't have to check-in anywhere because we mail you your keycards, parking pass, and detailed driving directions before you leave home, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also only minutes from the resort if you need assistance during your stay
