Our villa is a 4 story estate with over 1000 sq m of living space. It is perched in the middle of several acres of farm land, which has been turned into beautiful grounds and gardens from fish pond to BBQ and rose gardens, vegetable gardens and fruit orchards. This beautiful villa is perched in the middle of several acres of farm land within 3 Km from the Schinias Olympic Rowing center and the beautiful Schinias beach, and 40 Km from Athens.
The estate was finished in 2000 and was the host to several Olympic athletes and coaches during the 2004 Olympics.
The ground floor apartment is for rent only. It is approximately 200 sq. m of living space with an expanse of covered veranda.
The ground floor apartment has a living room, dining room hall combination, two oversize bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath and fully equipped kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. If there is a need for more guest accommodation a third bedroom and bath can be added for up to 9 guests. The apartment has access to the beautiful grounds, full of fruit trees, fish pond, among many tropical plants. A "shared" built-in BBQ area with sitting arrangement and child swing is available for the guests.

Year Purchased: 2000
For many years we lived in Berlin-Germany. Being Greek though we always had the urge to go back to our country and live there. So we build our beautiful Villa Gaea in 2000 and made our little own paradise with lots of space and beautiful gardens. We are renting one apartment in this house and of course our guests can enjoy everything around our house as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Athens
Schinias is a wonderful area with several beaches, attractions, close to Athens and the islands and generally a peaceful place where someone can seize the day. My mother has grown up in this area, so we have spent many summer vacations here and always had a great time!
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Our villa apartment is very luxury from wooden doors to marble bathrooms. It is spacey and quiet and our gardens are relaxing. There is a fish pond and a BBQ and kids have a lot of space where they can play and have a good time. We make our own wine and vegetables and have chicken, too. We are very close to Schinias national park where you can observe birds and swim on sandy and rocky beaches. Athens is just a 45 minutes drive away, so you are close to the pulsing live of the big city.

The flat was very clean and well furnished, the garden was wonderful. The owner family is very polite and they were very generous in giving us fresh eggs from their own hens, home made wine and delicious fruits and salad from their fields. We had a very pleasant stay.
