At 1400 square feet it is great for get aways for more than one family You will have (two full bathrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second floor), four bedrooms (two on the first floor and two on the second) plus a Living room with a flat screen TV.
All newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel, a bar/rec room with a pool table and plenty of comfy seating. Very nicely furnished with amenities including beach pass, Wi-Fi, DVD. All cable TV. Nice block patio with seating and picnic table/grill. Off street parking for four automobiles. For children the house is a such a quick trip to the beach which is only .8 of a mile. This home is truly a place to relax after a day at the beach or exploration. All the comforts of home!
