Southampton is a wonderful place to come and visit. Our house is centrally located to everything the Hamptons has to offer. Biking distance to ocean & bay beaches, village shopping and some of the best golf courses around. Walking distance to an array of hiking trails and nature preserves. House is set back on a flag lot offering privacy and panoramic "green" views.
Summers here are awesome. Our pristine ocean and bay beaches are great for swimming, relaxing, fishing and surfing. At the end of the day return to barbeque on the deck or head out to any one of our local restaurants. Area is packed with opportunities for live theatre, concerts, movies and nightlife.

My name is Adam and have lived here with my family for 10 years.
Why the Owner Chose Southampton
I've been coming to Southampton since I was 5 years old. My parents would visit with friends on weekends. They bought in 1980 and I finally came in 99' with my family. It is a special place for us, where the beaches are wonderful, with lots of white sand & sun. The village of Southampton is just minutes away. You can bike to everything, from the bays, the ocean and village. Plenty of hiking trails can be found in our area. Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Hampton Bays are minutes away free from traffic. From wooded trails to sandy beach walks. People are warm & friendly. There is also lots of shops, restaurants & a movie theater. The surrounding villages are just as quaint & beautiful.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is nestled in between 3 Golf Courses, National Golf Links of America, Shinnecock Golf Club and Southampton Golf Club. Located just north of the village, we are next to a nature preserve as well. On our walks, we see many song birds & wildlife while hiking the abundant trails through out the area. You can relax in a peaceful atmosphere, watch the birds & chipmunks while enjoying your morning coffee, or have quiet evening dinner on our large back deck.
