This is a brand new home used as a model in a Miller Beach development (there will be no showings during your rental period). With 3 bedrooms plus a loft it can sleep up to 10 in beds. Modern architecture with an open floor plan, eclectic and fun furnishings define this home. The polished concrete floors make it both kid and pet friendly. Radiant floor heating makes the floors warm on the feet in the winter.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances with large built-in oven, microwave and of course a dishwasher too. The built-in cook-top has a stainless range-hood that keeps cooking smells outside. All three bathrooms have custom glass and ceramic tile work. The master bedroom wing has walk-out sliding glass doors to the central patio.
The master bath has a (6'x6')walk-in shower/tub room centrally drained in the concrete floor. The on demand, tank-less hot water heater means never running out of hot water. Walk upstairs to the large loft with a huge walk-out roof deck (21'x26') where you can see Lake Michigan. The loft has recycled rubber flooring as does the roof deck. There's also a separate bathroom and a bar sink.
This home was designed for entertaining and indoor/outdoor living with 2 patios and a big roof deck. The development has a winding brick walkway so strolls to the beach have little traffic. It's about a 5 minute, one block walk to our glorious Lake Michigan shoreline with close to 6 miles of pristine beaches, stunningly beautiful in both summer and winter. The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore is right across the street with miles of hiking and biking paths nearby. Cross country ski through the dunes on snowy winter days and then come home and warm your feet by the totally modern, suspended, stainless steel wood burning fireplace in the living room which also rotates 360 degrees! You'll love our house and our Miller Beach.
