This beach front house will allow you to enjoy the comfort of an ocean view living room and terrace with a pool, two ocean view rooms with a nice terrace, another room with lagoon view and a small terrace and finally a fourth room which can be used as a TV room. This fourth room has a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.
The kitchen, which also has ocean view is fully equipped. This house is approximately 35 minutes away from the city of Mérida. You will spend such a nice vacation that you will want to be back as soon as possible.
Wheel Chair Accessible: The are two ramps to access the house, but there are two sets of stair as obstacles to access the room on the first floor. From one side you have two steps, and from the other first two and the another two steps. If your need ramps on those places as well, please tell me and I'll make the arrangements.
Note: It has a twin house right next to it with the same characteristics and it can be rented as well. When contacting me, please indicate if you wish to rent both houses.

The Unique Benefits of this Beach House
You will be able to relax due to its calm surroundings and its tranquil ocean which will permit you to swim in it with no concerns. It is shallow enough so you wont have to worry for waves or strong currents. There are many Cenotes nearby and the lagoon that is right next to the highway is a very good place to watch Flamingos in their natural habitat. Xcambo arqueological site is just 10 minutes away from the house.
