Lake Marion is a beautiful private gated community located approx. 45 minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World and all the wonderful Orlando attractions. Legoland and airboat rides are nearby as well as several golf courses including Sun Air, Southern Dunes, Grenelefe and Diamondback.
If you want to enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather while staying in a quite community with all the amenities of home then Lake Marion is the place to be. Enjoy using the volleyball, basketball and tennis courts or soak in the beauty of the 3800 acre lake with dock and gazebo. The Clubhouse has heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, pool table, ping-pong table, and shuffleboard.
Our 1,245 Sq. Ft. one-story unit is located close to the clubhouse. There are no stairs and nobody above or below you. It has a large lanai overlooking a nice back yard area and is perfect for those relaxing evenings. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, double sink counter-top, and walk in closet. All furnishings are new. This unit has tiled floors throughout except in the bedrooms. It includes free unlimited local and long distance calling to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico as well as wireless high speed internet.
This unit is ideal for the retired snowbirds it is NOT suitable for children. This home is NON - SMOKING and NO PETS. This unit is not available for long term, only for short term.

This property more than met our expectations.It was very clean and well maintained.All amenities were in new condition and more than met our needs and the owners were great people to work with.The location is close to lots of good Golfing ,Fishing and Shopping in the area and is short drive to Disney World,Seaworld and Spring Training for several Ball Teams.We recomend this property to anyone interested in long term or a short term rental.If we spend another winter in Florida we would try to rent this property again. This is an absolutely beautiful unit.I saw it in April/2009 and will be renting it April/2010. It feels just like your own place and you have done a marvellous job with all the new furnishings.I cannot wait to see the lanai.
