From the hammock of Casa Allen you have views of the Sierra de Gigante Mountains, the golf course or the tranquil Sea of Cortez. This custom home sits on the 9th hole of Loreto Bay’s newly renovated golf course. The house is a short walk to the beach, about 25 yards.
This is a perfect house for 2 families, sleeping up to 12. The great room accommodates 12 seats at the dining table. Casa Allen has 4 ½ bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms. Two master bedrooms with king size beds and 2 large bedrooms each with 2 double beds.
Casa Allen is unique in Loreto Bay because it is the only house with the living space on the second floor. We wanted to take advantage of the views and this house has mountains, golf greens, and sunshine views from the kitchen, dining and living room. The casa is designed with traditional Mexican charm from the colonial era-adobe walls, Saltillo floors, Talavera tiles, copper lights, and wood windows framed with Cantera stone.
The entire house is surrounded by a tall wall and when entering this private space you have beautiful landscaping. The first courtyard has a Talavera fountain, the next has the swimming pool area with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. The back garden has an outdoor shower. This home has the largest amount of grass space in this development.
All bedrooms are on the first floor and are entered through French doors off of the gardens.
The second floor has 2000 square feet of outdoor patios, perfect for entertaining or just lounging and enjoying the views.
This house is one of the first 5 completed custom homes in the renowned LB development. The development is known for its environmentally friendly construction. The ocean here is a protected marine preserve and the sea life thrives. Fishing is outstanding for you and off limits to commercial companies.
