The condo faces west and when the weather allows you'll see the sun melt away as it descends into the beautiful blue gulf waters. Immediately below the balcony is the pool and hot tub so you can easily see members of your party who are using them. The landscape gives you the feeling of the tropics with majestic palm trees and elegant ferns.
Sterling Beach is located on the south end of the beach and offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere away from the noise and confusion farther to the north. This is a small property compared to some of the others and provides a great get away from your hectic everyday life. You are not far away from whatever excitement you may want, but it is your choice to be involved.

Why the Owner Chose Other Panama City Beach Properties
This is a very nice upscale property with immediate access to the beach. It has great amenities and a very comfortable feel. The Condo is located on the southern end of Panama City Beach and is quieter and more relaxed than farther North.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One of the best features of this unit is the fact that you can stand in the middle of the condo and see the white sand beach and the beautiful blue waters without feeling on stage. You can be in your pajamas and relax in the morning on the balcony and see the ships go by, watch the people on the beach and enjoy the sound of the surf as the waves roll up on the beach.

We are business owners and live in Northeast Michigan. The winters are cold here so we decided to find a place in Florida that would allow us to get away in the winter months. We stayed in Destin while looking for our place and found that Panama City Beach offered us what we wanted. Morning walks on the beach are incredible and the pace of life seems to slow down while we are here.
