Two beautifully decorated, large bedrooms. Master suite includes King size sleigh bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, and deck with perfect morning and early afternoon sun. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Pacific Ocean 1/2 block away. Sheltered, so weather is almost always gorgeous. Whales, dolphins, sea otters and seashell hunting are just a few of the attractions. Water sports, bike riding on Bob Jones bike trail, wine tasting, shopping downtown San Luis Obispo at Farmer's Market are great ways to spend vacation time, also.
Breakfast: Mon-Fri 8am-11:30am and weekends until 2:00pm Lunch: 11:30am – 4:00pm Dinner: Sunday – Thursday 5pm-9pm Friday & Saturday 5pm-10pm Our menu has something for everyone…fresh fish, hand cut steaks, refreshing salads and our specialty appetizers. Great place for a bonfire on the beach. Several fire pits located along the beach; first come first served.
At the end of Avila Beach Dr is another pier, with a restaurant located at the end. A truly unique dining experience, Old Porte Inn lies at the end of the pier standing above the water. Don't miss the piles of seals which sleep and play all over the piers waters and floating stands.
Our baristas are trained in every detail of their craft—from steaming milk to its richest, creamiest consistency to proper extraction times to ensure your espresso is the ideal texture and flavor. More importantly, these artisans are passionate about coffee and constantly strive to improve their technique wherever they can. They can tell you the origin of your drink, discuss any aspect of home coffee preparation, and are more than happy to answer your most basic or detailed questions.
A wonderful little gelato (an italian ice cream-like dish) shop perfect for curing any sweet tooth. Gelato Americano also offers other far region delights, such as crepes filled with Nutella!

McLintocks Saloon and Dining House offers the best in authentic ranch-style cooking and atmosphere teamed up with high-spirited service and genuine western hospitality. Legendary oak-pit barbecued steaks and ribs are the finest, but fresh seafood and salads are a specialty too!
The steep entrance to Bishop Peak with parking available on the shoulder (non-paved). This entrance is for the more athletic, a second entrance is located at 'H' with a modest incline with great scenery/views.
Second, easier entrance to Bishops. Follow Highland Dr. until it dead ends at a cold-a-sac and park anywhere available. Parking can be harder to find in the evening.
The shopping hub of SLO, Downtown is full of great food, with shopping available from shoes, sports, novelties, books, clothes and more. You'll find locally owned businesses along with big brands. Higuera St is the main street, which runs one-way traffic going South-West. There are parking structures on both Marsh and Palm.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! My family fell in love with this condo as the location is key, decor is beautiful and the amenities outstanding. I loved cooking in the upgraded kitchen and felt like I was at a resort in the master suite. We will make this a yearly tradition! If you rent this you will also fall in love!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for 10 nights and loved every minute of it! Steps from the beach, the park, & grocery/deli. The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and adequately stocked for cooking, etc. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to our emails. Our kids loved walking down to the beach every day! We highly recommend Avila Beach for a fantastic, relaxing getaway!
