Welcome to 45 Caldera Cabin with it's beautiful Mountain views and Golf Course & Park frontage, located within Sunriver’s newest community of Caldera Springs. 45 Caldera Cabin is a beautifully decorated cabin furnished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, black kitchen appliances, and a beautiful stone gas fireplace all in a charming open floor plan.
The Caldera Cabin features three bedrooms and four bathrooms all on a single story. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, the second bedroom also features a king, and the third has two twins, all en-suites. With the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living room, this cabin will comfortably accommodate eight. The living room and each bedroom include a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and an iPod docking station for your convenience.
45 Caldera Cabin has a private outdoor hot tub that overlooks Ponderosa Park for your relaxation and enjoyment. You can also enjoy views of Mt. Bachelor and the Caldera Links golf course.
Within walking distance of the Caldera Lake House, which has its own game room for family enjoyment, the Quarry, Caldera’s fitness gym, and the beautiful 9 hole golf course, 45 Caldera Cabin is a perfect cabin in an ideal location for your next vacation.
As the owner of 45 Caldera Cabin, I want to ensure that your visit to Sunriver is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The best way to ensure this is by offering a quality home at a competitive price with an experienced local management team. Like many of my fellow Sunriver owners I have partnered with Destination Resorts Sunriver (DRH), a Sunriver based company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. The resort concierge will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
