Our comfortable and relaxing home is located just five miles from downtown Lewes, Delaware. You can spend the day relaxing on the large outdoor decks and screened porch or you can spend the day at the many beaches which are all close by.
Just a short 7 mile drive to beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park offers many outdoor activities. This park has both ocean and bay beach access as well as miles of hiking and biking trails. You might also spend the day (and your stimulus check) shopping at the dozens of tax free outlets which are just a few miles away.
We have a canoe at the pier for our guests as well as fishing right from the dock. There are dozens of great restaurants and shops in downtown Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches.
All of the excitement of a resort town but just slightly removed if you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle at your choosing.

Why the Owner Chose Lewes
My husband and I love the beach. We also love the town of Lewes. There is so much to do in the area. We enjoy taking our vehicle out on the beach during the day surf fishing and we love the shops and restaurants in the town. Sometimes we just stay at the house because it is quiet and relaxing and we enjoy watching the sunset from the hot tub.
The Unique Benefits of this House
As I've said before, the direct lakefront is so relaxing. You can enjoy it in any type of weather from the screened porch and the fishing is splendid on the lake. There are dozens of shops, restaurants, movie theatres or anything else you could want while on vacation and still have the serenity of the lake.
