The residence is ideally located in the Catamount building built as the final phase of the Northstar Village and the gem of this development. A smaller and more intimate layout and proximity to the Gondola bar none, Catamount is perfectly situated for summer hiking and mountain biking and skiing in the winter. Shops, restaurants and many Village amenities are right outside your door; however, Catamount retains a quiet and private atmosphere.
The top floor with its vaulted ceilings and end unit location with Martis Valley views offers you style, warmth and true relaxation. This is a family home, not a rental unit, owned by a local family and stocked with the comforts of home. Game Boy, board games and puzzles for the kids and a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and Jacuzzi bath tub for the adults. The balcony is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy the sun and morning coffee. The flat screen TV and surround sound makes for a great day on the couch watching golf or the cooking shows.
A uniquely designed residence, many pieces of original art are hung to reflect the mountain atmosphere and designer furniture reflects a comfortable yet sophisticated living space.
The Owners have an established, delightful winery in the Napa Valley. For each night a guest stays in this Northstar Village home, we will enter the guests name in a drawing for 4 days and three nights at the Winery House in Napa! If you stay in our Northstar condo 8 nights in the year, your name will be entered into the drawing 8 times. The Napa house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, pool, bocce court, and is completely surrounded by vineyards and the Napa River. The drawing will take place in April, 2010.
There will be a $200 hold on your credit card to reserve the date, and act as a damage deposit. This hold will be released when the unit has been cleaned after your stay. You should see the hold released within 2-3 days after departing the property.

- The Village has an ice skating rink in the winter and rollerskating in the summers. There is also a bungee/ride apparatus the flings kids in the air on bungees...It looks like they are having a great time.
