Built in 2006, this highly upgraded 2400 square foot home is perfect for your vacation needs. The four bedroom 3.5 bath home includes two master suites. Master bedroom has large walk in closet, king bed, flat screen TV, and separate exit to patio. Master bathroom includes travertine flooring, separate jetted tub and walk in shower with travertine tile surround. Other three bedrooms have queen beds and flat screen TV's. Two other baths have copper sinks, travertine slab countertops, travertine flooring, tub/shower combo with stone surrounds. Crib is also available. Hard wood floors throughout main house.
The great room has a gorgeous stone fireplace and opens up to the gourmet kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, 6 burner range, and copper tub sink. All finishes in home are oil rubbed bronze and wood trim/doors complete the rustic feel.
The fully furnished large patio has flat screen TV, wood burning stone fireplace, and built in BBQ with countertops.
Flagstaff and Forest Highlands is a great place to spend time in the summer with it's cool temperatures for outdoor activities and in winter with the snow top mountains and skiing. Enjoy hiking trails, kids park, outdoor picnic areas, basketball court, and lakes for fishing all located within Forest Highlands. Out the gate of Forest Highlands a short, breathtaking scenic drive through the red rocks will take you into Sedona for shopping and great restaurants.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and very quiet. The house is very clean and well maintained with so many amenities that I have never come across at other rentals properties. We visited alot of the local attractions but spent 2 days just relaxing around the house and it was so comfortable and cozy. Do not hestiate to rent this house!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
