"Seascape" is the name affectionately given to the gorgeous, ocean-front home that belongs to our family. The three bedroom, two bathroom house sits on a third of an acre lot and boasts a view of Casco Bay that cannot be found anywhere else.

Located in a cozy enclave of Cape Elizabeth called Shore Acres, Seascape can be accessed by a private road with only a few residential properties flanking either side. At first sight, you'll be wowed by the panoramic view of the ocean that seems to extend to the edge of the world. The flash of the lighthouse from Two Lights State Park can be seen at night and the top third of the tower itself is visible by daylight. Directly across from the property, a winding path through the brush bushes invites you to a small bench on the bluff. Seated there you can enjoy views of the signature rocky Maine coast and the tide as it rises and falls.
Inside the home you'll enjoy the fully furnished accommodations including linens, kitchen basics, and patio furniture. Build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and watch from double sliding glass doors as the weather and light shifts, endlessly changing the ocean's mood. You and your guests will be comfortable in three private bedrooms or on the two double futons and no one has to fight for the shower with two on site.
Wireless internet access makes sending jealousy-inspiring photos to far-away friends a snap. Due to the oceanside nature of the property, cell phone service can be spotty so we offer digital phone service with free long-distance calling to keep you in touch with the boss, the babysitter, your clients, or your guests. Voicemail is also included so you never have to worry about missing that message about the free concert at Deering Oaks park or what time to meet at DiMillos for dinner.
