Fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach. Beautifully decorated beachfront unit at Sunrise Beach Resort, We have 2 units here (14th and 22nd floors) with one king bed, one queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds or set of bunk beds. There is flat panel TV's in the living, master bedrooms, wireless internet, stereo system, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has two sinks and a large separate shower. The beachfront balcony is approximately 26 feet long and extends the width of the unit. What a glorious spot to start your day or watch the sunset sizzle into the gulf!
The complex contains two large pools, one heated throughout the year, two outdoor hot tubs, a large oceanfront fitness center, gas grills, and an outdoor water play area for the kids. Sunrise Beach Resort only has 162 condos so no jostling for beach, pool or sundeck space for you!
Parking is beneath the building so the unit is only a few steps and a elevator ride from your car.
Pier Park, a new outdoor mall with many popular restaurants and shops, is a short walk as well as many popular Panama City Restaurants and attractions.

Year Purchased: 2009
We have been vacationing at Panama City Beach for years with our children. In 2007 we found a beautiful condo on the West end of the beach. This condo has become our 2nd home and we enjoy sharing our love of the beach with others!!! This year we bought a 2nd condo in the same building.
Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We liked the proximity to Pier Park and the upcoming Towne of Seahaven. Furthermore, there were fewer crowds on the West side of PCB. We liked the fact that Sunrise had 2 large pools, fast elevators and parking underneath the building. We also liked the large fitness room.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are not many places where one can sit on the balcony, watch the stingrays swim and see the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico with the pier in the background. The beach and our car are only a few steps and a short elevator ride from the condo unit.
